Matvey Foundation Repair

Matvey came and repaired my driveway. The two person crew was amazing. They were in and out within four hours. Both were very professional, fast workers and I couldn’t be happier. I’m so glad I chose Matvey for my project. Great company, great people.

I hired Matvey to work on my foundation as I had sloping in my floors. They did a great job of assessing the issue and the price was fair (I had two other bids, they came in the middle). I trust the work they did as I had questions and they had a technician out quickly to assess and answer all questions.

We called Matvey to identify and correct a water leakage issue in our basement. The crew was prompt, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they did. The job grew to be more than what expected, but all along, they were very mindful of our position, and responsive to our concerns and needs. In the end, we were most satisfied with the company's professionalism and and willingness to resolve our concerns.

What a professional crew! I called Matvey Construction this winter when water was pooling in my yard. They came up with a solution to help the water drain properly. I also had the old vapor barrier removed and new installed in my crawl space. They were professional at every touch point from billing, structural designer, and onsite crew. Work was done on time and efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

Matvey did a good job at identifying what needed to be done and providing a fixed quote for the work. Once the work began, additional work was identified as required, and a fixed rate was provided for the additional work. There was no way to have known about the additional work until the project was underway. Matvey's employees were respectful, knowledgeable and worked very hard to complete what was a difficult job. Matvey Construction, Inc. was very prompt to come out and give me an estimate on raising the one corner of the house.. They scheduled the work a couple of weeks ahead. They knew I was under a time crunch, so when someone cancelled they called me immediately and I was able to have the work done very quickly. I had a small problem and they came out very quickly and took care of it two days later. I would recommend them to anyone needing the type of work I needed done to my house. Many other constructions companies don't deal with this kind of problem. Their price included five pillars. I had other bids and those companies would have put in fewer pillars. But then they said if later on needed for it would cost me $1200 for each additional pillar. That would have put the cost way above Matvey's price. And as near as I could tell, only Matvey had an engineer look at the situation.

“JOB WELL DONE”!!! I did my homework before hiring Matvey to do some sidewalk repair (polylevel) at an apartment building that my wife and own and manage. Their salesman had the right product for the right price. I have hired plenty of contractors in the past, only to have Lenny and Squiggy show up to do the job. Not this time! The two man crew from Matvey, Danny and Roman, showed up on time. We had a five minute discussion on the safety that was needed for some of our older generation tenants and then started work right away. They were professional about their business and knowledgeable about their product and the work that needed to be done. The final results were amazing. All repairs were done in less than one day with no impact on our tenants. Not only did they do a great job on repairing our sidewalks and stairs, they totally cleaned up the job site at the end of the day. Matvey can be proud to have people as talented and dedicated to their jobs as Danny and Roman. Real team players!! Would I recommend Matvey Construction, “YES”, without a doubt!

We hired Matvey to correct perimeter drainage problems on our home, which included installing downspout collection and drainage away from house foundation. So far, the work performed seems to be working. However, the disruption to our landscape and a misaligned cut to the house entry did concern us and Matvey came back out and performed remedial actions to correct the issues.
