We used Mattia to take down an old cottage and rebuild a new construction house on pilings. From the time of quoting the job, all the way through to the end they were great. The house came out fantastic, budget was pretty on point, and everyone within their team did a great job. Timeline wise, they were great as well. Couldn't recommend them more!! Its so worth going with a whole house builder for a one stop shop when their are so many moving parts!! See the before and after pics attached.

Mattia Builders built our dream house!! They helped us renovate our entire house to reversed living. This massive project was made easier by the great communication skills and accuracy of dates of Mattia. They were so easy to work with and their craftsmanship is excellent. We designed and built our custom home with Mattia Builders. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone in the company cares deeply about each project. We experienced both conscientious and timely customer service from EVERYONE on staff as well as unmatched quality in their building. They pay attention to every fine detail in a home, they DO NOT cut corners, which results in a beautiful final product. They were reasonable and fair throughout the process. They went over and above to help with planning and many of our design choices. We could not be happier that we chose Sal and his family. This was the third home that we have built and is was like night and day compared to the previous two experiences. Thank you Sal, Gina, Olivia, Jimmy, Chris, and both Toms!

My project with Mattia Building Contractors was a house lift and addition. My experience with this company was great! We hired Mattia Builders to rebuild our house damaged by SS Sandy. They came to us highly recommended by our neighbors. Mattia had already built many homes in our community prior to the storm and post Sandy they have renovated/rebuilt many more. We couldn't have hired a better builder! They are very knowledgeable about all of the local building rules and regulations and they use quality materials. Gina, Sal, Raluca and Jimmy are always available and ready to answer any questions. From beginning to end we have been really happy with the whole building process and we love our home. If we had to build another house we wouldn't hesitate in using them again!
