We had a hair raising roofing fiasco in December, where a large and well-known roofing company totally destroyed our ceiling by letting meltwater from an upper roof pour into the lower roof after they stripped the boards back. We were left with lakes of water pouring through our drywall, necessitating that all the drywall and insulation for the affected area (400 square feet) be removed and the ceiling completely redone. We called on Matt and his guys because they had a good reputation in the neighbourhood and we needed someone to sort us out urgently and as painlessly as possible (dealing with the roofing company was enough stress!!). These guys were absolute heroes and just genuinely really good people. Knowing how urgent this was they started right away, came every day first thing in the morning, and got it done in 8 days. They were efficient, more than capable, and great guys to have to share our space with. When they were done the ceiling and insulation were as good as new, walls painted and they even put in pot lights while they were up there! We could not recommend these guys more highly, and are so happy to have found contractors that we can trust in the area.

Clearview did a very good job on a new bathroom and a number of other small projects around the house.

I was very happy Matt and his crew from Clearview custom building. I called Matt and and he was very positive and took my job on very short notice. He was able to get my shop built. The entire crew was polite and professional. I have already recommended them to friends and family. I'm working on the plans for the next job with Clearview custom building.
