My wife and I just moved to a condo and wanted to get carpet replaced. We reached out to multiple big stores but they all took our deposit and never got back :'( Ali was amazing, prompt in getting back to us and changed flooring for one room even though others said it's too small! He also did it within the time frame discussed and we are very happy with his work. We are looking forward to get the rest of our flooring done by Ali!

Work done quickly and professionally with excellent sub trades. My work: demo, tiling of backsplash and fireplace surround, floor leveling and manufactured hardwood installation, trim installation and painting.

We would choose Zinc Renovation over and over again, they are simply amazing! When we started thinking about renovating our place, everyone told us how hard it would be to find a good contractor. Everyone told us that contractors are unreliable, watch out for unexpected costs, and project will be delayed.. I guess we were lucky! Zinc Renovation are reliable, always on-time, and most importantly they are honest. Their taste is impeccable, and you can always count on them! They listened to our vision and they created our dream home. We are forever grateful, and we highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a contractor they can trust. Thank you Zin Renovation!

I have worked with Zinc renovation recently and we did my entire unit - kitchen, two bathrooms, floors, walls etc. The result of the job is amazing - but most importantly how professional, friendly and trustworthy Ali and Maryam were during the renovation. I highly recommend Zinc Renovation, Ali knows what he is doing and he has a great work ethic.

We were renovating our 1 bedroom condo in order to sell and Ali knew exactly what we needed to maximize the return on our investment. He came highly recommended from a friend who is also in the interior design business. Ali is knowledgeable, easy to work with, his pricing is competitive and he'll never leave you in a bind. ZInc Renovation built out our bakery on Granville Island in 2013. The quality of workmanship was great, the project completed essentially on time and at the agreed price. After completion, Ali and his team, worked with our bakery staff to resolve any minor issues with finishes. Overall, an exceptional job. I have no issues reccomending this team for any household or commercial work. Please feel free to come to the bakery (A Bread Affair) and see for yourself. Pat McCarthy A Bread Affair

Zinc Renovations & Design proved to be a very competent, professional and experienced Contractor that performed a quality renovation for my home. As a real estate agent, I have very high expectations and needed a Contractor that could execute my designs, which in this case included meticulous details for renovating my bathrooms to a modern and refreshing look. The project was bigger just the 3 bathrooms, it included flooring, painting, wall paper, extending living space, stairs and much more! Ali Javaheri the company owner was always in touch, polite & professional. We love our ‘new’ house. Big thanks and much appreciation to Ali and the rest of the crew.

I had my home renovated with Zinc Renovation. I got hardwood install, Paint, two toilets, two bathroom counter installed. I was satisfied with price with their work. Highly recommend.

Hired Ali and Maryam for our reno. Marayam helped with design (colours,floors,tiles) Ali looked after renovation from begening to end. Excellent taste,fair prices, accurate detailed quotes, will use them again for our kitchen. Highly recommended Paul M
