Mark Allen Design and Construction

We hired Mark and his team to help us renovate a 100 year old home. We actually brought Mark with us as we looked at the home based on previous work he had done in our condo. We trusted Mark to provide an honest opinion on what needed to be done and within what budget. Mark eventually remodeled the kitchen, guest house, bathrooms, exterior work, floors, walls, and ceilings. He basically did everything. HIs work was exceptional and his team was beyond talented. In particular, Tony and Mario may be the single best tile artists on the planet! You can depend on Mark to give you honest assessments of what should and shouldn't be done when it comes to your home's value. He has great ideas and we often made significant changes based on his creativity. We would work with Mark again in a heartbeat sand strongly recommend him for any home projects.

We worked with Mark and his team on a complete overhaul of our kitchen, master bathroom, three other full baths and mudroom, as well as cosmetic changes to nearly every other room in the house. The work was exceptional and the attention to detail was incredible. He brought the best in the business for each aspect of the job. The woodworkers -- terrific! The tile guys -- the best (and they came with their own espresso machine and would make one for me!)! Amazingly, we lived in the house through the remodel and I have to say, it was a pleasure to see Mark and his team every day, even through all the dust and mess. They really became like a part of our family. Not only that, the project was on time and on budget. Remodels can be very trying, but honestly, it could not have gone better. Highly, highly recommend.
