We custom fit all our customers with the right product for their application and never take a "one size fits all" approach. I just had my carpet installed by the Creative Carpet Highland, IN, location and I am very, very happy! It feels so soft and has completely transformed my hallway and bedroom. The padding underneath feels so great to walk on. Steve and Chris were very helpful in helping me choose a quality carpet. I picked out my carpet on Saturday and installation was available as quick as the following Thursday. The installers were great, very professional and did a great job of cleaning up. I'm so glad I found them and would choose them again for future carpet installation!! Very excited about this carpet and highly recommend them. I love that they are a family owned business!!

Everything was great from start to finish including my trip to the store to find the perfect carpet. Very helpful! The two installers were perfectionists and did a superb job with all the details. My room had a lot of cutouts which would have made it difficult for the best of carpet installers. They came in looked around and went right to work doing what I would call a "10 star job". VERY satisfied with their quality of work...and the icing on the cake was that they totally cleaned and vacuumed it up. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality workmanship

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to update there flooring needs. the staff is very friendly and professional they took time to explain the different types of carpet and helped me pick out the best one for me. The installation crew were very professional and fast and took the time answer any questions that I had.

I was finally done with a lenghty remodel, carpet was the last step. Creative is great to work with. Brian helped us with the perfect commercial grade carpet. Everyone is friendly, very knowledgeable, and they stay on top of the job from start to finish. They have so many products to choose from, makes shopping easy. My installers, Doug & Brian, were on time, and extremely professional. Took great care to not damage new paint. Turned out to be a difficult carpet pattern to match up, but with all their years of experience, they got it perfect. Buy from Creative with confidence. You will be happy you did.

My wife and I have purchased flooring on numerous occasions from Creative Carpet. We were completely satisfied with Creative Carpet and Flooring. Both the pre measure and installers were professional, helpful and very pleasant. Delivery and installation was very prompt and efficient. We have only had the carpet 1+ months but it seems to be of good quality.

Chris was very helpful it telling us all the things about the carpet we purchased and was not at all being a pushy salesman. He answered all our questions and was able to make sure he met our very short window for installation. He took the time to explain the difference in pads and even figured out a few different options for us. Chris did not rush us to make a decision even though the store was about to close for the day. He allowed us all the time we needed to make a decision. I dislike most salespeople, due to their tactics of trying to make a fast sale. Chris was the exact opposite.
