South Broad Paint & Home Center was conceived in February of 2015. Formed by long time colleagues Mark and James, both of whom worked for more than 16 years for a small family owned home center. With a long history of working with homeowners, contractors, designers and property management, we have both acquired a very dedicated work ethic. To “pay it forward” is the motto that we stand by, and will always lend our friends and neighbors a hand during their time of need. Our vision is to offer the community a local home center that provides the service, skill and knowledge for any home improvement need whether it's a couple cans of paint or full service design and installation of a brand new kitchen remodel. We have a family friendly showroom where you can shop with ease for all your home decor, renovation supplies, contracting supplies, and DIY advice needs!

These guys are excellent. Their attention to detail and customer service is really what drawn us to them. Their communication during a project is more than what we could have asked for. We love our bathroom and have been referring Mark and his team to all of our friends.

I needed blinds for 4 rooms in my house and Beverly was very helpful and accommodating even after I changed my mind several times. I would definitely work with south broad street paint again.

I truly enjoyed working with both James and Mark. From the start of the project to the end. I had an idea of what I wanted in my kitchen design and sat down and talked with James. After a couple of rough sketches, he came up with exactly what I was looking for. Mark took care of helping with the tile design and flooring. Being a person that has a hard time making a decision, they made the entire process very easy for me. They were very patient and extremely professional at the same time very friendly. They accommodated my work schedule by answering emails and texts whenever I had a question. I am extremely pleased with the results and would recommend this company to anyone.

Mark and his team at South Broad Paint Center did a fantastic job installing beautiful new hardwood floors on our entire first floor! They even helped rip up some of the old flooring even though it wasn't originally planned. They jumped right in and finished the prep and got the job done quickly and perfectly! We highly recommend them.

Both James and Mark at South Broad Paint Center made our kitchen and bathroom remodel feel like fun projects rather than an extremely stressful period of time. Their constant communication, check-ins and personalized attention made the difficult process easy. I can have a tough time with big decisions, but James and Mark showed me nothing but patience, as we reviewed the countless options they had available for us. They were extremely professional, got the job done in a timely manner, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. We will be sending all of our friends and family their way, and recommend South Broad Paint Center for anyone looking to make timeless updates to their house, with top-notch guidance and care.

I purchased a new home in June, 2016 which needed a lot of cosmetic upgrades. Mark at South Broad Paint Center supplied my hardwood flooring, paint, cabinet hardware, window treatments and tile for my master bathroom, kitchen and fireplace. In addition, he subcontracted the hardwood flooring and window treatment installers for me and recommended the tile contractor. Mark worked very closely with me and within my budget to select beautiful finishes. All of the contractors that he recommended were professional and did outstanding work. He delivered his products as promised every time and the subcontractors that he supplied to me adhered to the schedules that were set. South Broad Paint Center has a large selection of products to choose from. I was very impressed with Mark's knowledge and how patient he was in working with me to find just the right finishes. I am extremely happy with the way that my house turned out and would highly recommend South Broad Paint Center to anyone who is taking on a home improvement project - large or small.

We recently renovated our house and were so pleased to work with James and Mark from South Broad Paint Center and Decor. They helped us with the kitchen cabinets, bathroom tiles, and paint selection. We found them to be extremely patient, knowledgeable and detail oriented despite our indecisiveness. We were also pleased with their competitive prices and efficiency (Mark provided us with numerous paint and tile samples and delivered them to our house on several occasions, and James was always available, provided 3-D renderings and responded quickly to our questions while also ensuring that the kitchen installation was going smoothly). We would strongly recommend South Broad Paint and look forward to working with them in the future.
