I’d like to introduce myself – I’m Marie Stewart of Marie Stewart Interiors, serving the Santa Clarita & San Fernando Valleys. Interior Design has been a lifelong passion of mine. After years of assisting my friends and family with their decorating decisions, I decided to make a career of it. In 2008 I received my Certificates in Interior Design, and Interior Design Merchandising. In July of 2009 I opened my own Residential Interior Design Business, followed by earning my Associates Degree in Interior Design in 2010. Decorating your home can be a daunting task! Space planning, durable fabrics, correct lighting and accessories, quality furniture pieces... Where do you begin? I'm here to help! I have wholesale accounts with 70 to 80 top furniture & home decorating manufacturers, of fabrics, window treatments, bedding ensembles, area rugs, wallpaper, accessories, lighting, upholstered furniture and case goods. With access to so many options, I'm able to provide my clients with the perfect design solutions, for their specific lifestyles. I also attend Vegas design week in order to keep up with current trends and newly available products. I feel blessed to be able to make a living doing something that brings me such joy, and there’s nothing better than having clients be thrilled with the end result! Whether you’re seeking small changes or a complete remodel, I provide expert design services to fit the needs of each individual client, to create a timeless and beautiful environment that is uniquely yours. My husband and I hired Marie to update our living and family rooms and totally remodel our kitchen. The results are amazing. We sincerely couldn’t be happier on how it all turned out. Marie and her team exceeded all of our expectations.

I was fortunate enough to find Marie Stewart on the Houzz website when I was looking for an interior designer. I was able to meet with her promptly and discuss what we wanted to do. She is very professional and knows her craft. She has such an eye for detail that I can't make a decision anymore without consulting her on everything! Our project took about a year to complete (only because we kept adding things). Her team of contractors were excellent and professional. Everything ran smoothly and on time. I have referred her to multiple people and will continue to do so.

Hiring Marie to upgrade our kitchen and to do our flooring was one of the best decisions we ever took. Marie is very professional to work with and after talking with us she was able to understand very well as to what kind of a kitchen and flooring we wanted. Today we have our dream kitchen and the most beautiful flooring we always wanted due to Marie!

Marie walked us through and organized for us an extensive kitchen remodel after our kitchen island suffered from water damage and mold. Her enthusiasm, creativity, and expertise ensured that we came away with a dream kitchen! With her guidance, samples, and excellent ideas, we wound up with not only a new island, but fresh cabinets, lightning, flooring, and appliances. It's truly the best room in the house now, and it's all thanks to Marie. She knew exactly what would work for our style, budget, and taste. We really couldn't have done any of it without her.

I considered and interviewed several designer prior to choosing Marie and absolutely made the right choice in working with her. She is super talented. She is the perfect mix of professional and fun. Her knack for knowing when to lean in or back away came in handy since our project included a multi-generational living space which came with many opinions which she managed through like a pro. Marie worked well within our budget too. I highly recommend Marie Stewart Interiors for your project.

I decided to change my kitchen and I'm so fortunate to find Marie to help me . She is a good listener with excellent ideas an she knows many people . Marie helped me through out the proses and as a result I love my kitchen and my entertainment center that she designed it ,looks beautiful I recommended her to all my friends thank you Marie .

Marie helped me with custom window coverings for my family room, kitchen, breakfast room and guest bathroom. She was very fun and easy to work with! I had been searching for draperies with another designer for months and we couldn't find anything. When Marie came over, I knew immediately that I wanted to work with her. She was cheerful, positive and professional! She listened to my style and budget needs and came up with fantastic options very quickly. I love the hardware she found as well. Her installers did a great job and everything still looks new 5 years later!!! I cannot recommend Marie highly enough.

I have had the good fortune to work with Marie Stewart since 2010. In phase one of my home remodel project(family,living, and dining rooms) she expertly guided me with her intuitive and creative spirit. Her attention to detail and sensitivity to client taste, budget, and deadline was on the mark. In 2015 /2016 she once again performed her "magic" to complete phase two ( three bedrooms, a den, and two bathrooms). My kitchen is next. I highly recommend. Marie!

Marie is very professional and gets the job done. We needed two modern side chairs. I sent her a photograph of one I'd seen at an open house, and told her our color preferences. She found the chairs in just a few hours, and they were in our home within a couple of weeks. I highly recommend her.
