Frank Ferro is a second generation builder who has obtained his Civil Engineer Degree from Lawrence Tech University, has his State of Michigan builders license, real estate license and broker’s license. His exemplary craftsmanship and professionalism has lead him to participated in a Homearama through the Home Builders Association of Southeastern Michigan and has been building, developing and renovating homes in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne Counties since 1986. Frank is a legacy builder and worked with his families building company since he was a young teen. The Ferro Companies started over 35 years ago by his father Matteo Ferro whose vision was to provide families with high quality homes and to make a profound difference in the community. F & M Construction has provided thousands of exemplary homes to Michigan families and is one of Southeast Michigan’s most prominent residential and commercial building and developing companies. Today, Frank and his crew continue to serve Michigan residents and businesses with honor, integrity and superb craftsmanship.
