She is an Arizona native with over 25 years of Marketing & Sales Experience and guarantees that your home will be exposed to the largest group of Buyers available for your property. After graduating from The University of San Diego, with a B.A. in Business Administration, Marcia worked in real estate development for Garrett Development, learning the business inside and out. She then attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management, graduating with an M.B.A. in International Marketing & Finance. Upon graduation, Marcia moved to Taiwan and then eventually, Hong Kong, working for International Management Group (IMG) where she was Director of Marketing & Events. During her time in Asia, Marcia managed a team of over 20 staff members in 6 different countries, running professional sporting events and working with top companies such as Nike, Procter & Gamble, Citibank and American Express. This Marketing, Sales and Financial Management Experience in Foreign Countries set the stage for her to become an extremely creative marketer and negotiator of sophisticated purchase, sale and financing transactions. After 6 years in Asia, Marcia returned to the U.S. and started her own Marketing Consultancy for companies such as Yahoo!, Gateway, Setanta Sports and Arthur Andersen Consulting...to name a few. Recognizing that superior marketing skills are a necessity in this dynamic real estate market, Marcia developed a proprietary Marketing Strategy for an Agent in Orange County to sell a $2.6M property in 5 months. She is now putting this Strategy to work in the Arizona Luxury Real Estate Market.
