Marazul did a complete build-out for our new office space. The build-out included space planning and redesigning a portion of the space to meet our needs. Superintendent was very attentive to our timetable and communicated very with us and the landlord. I am very satisfied with our new office, receive compliments form our clients and would recommend Marazul to others.

We installed a complete hvac system ( ie. Carrier, all ductwork , grills ). Job was run professional and attention to detain , marazul company main objective ( customer needs ) with the highest quality. I would highly recommend this company . Thanks to Marazul Building Company we have the beautiful waterfront home of our dreams. From the very beginning architectural drawings which were exactly as we had envisioned, to the amazing finished product we are proud to call home, the Garcia's family expertise was invaluable. In particular, the finishes and details are the strength of this company. They have impeccable talent and vision!

This company served as our general contractor for our total home remodel/renovation. The project was extensive - we completely gutted the interior (four bathrooms and the kitchen were included), had the electrical and plumbing completely redone, and moved walls. The principals of the company had a fantastic eye for the final outcome and great attention to detail. We incorporated most if not all of their suggestions and couldn't be more pleased with their result. They were a pleasure to work with too during the five month process. They really took the time with us to make sure the house was everything we hoped it would be! We hope to work with them again when we continue the renovation on the exterior lanai area.

I hired Mr Garcia to do complete re do of a condo I purchased in 2013. After plans were reviewed, I hired Marazul Building Co. (Owned by Mr Garcia) to do the construction. It took 7 months without a lot of input by me, the owner. I am very pleased with the quality of work that was done and it now is the nicest unit in the entire condo complex.
