Project - Kitchen, bathrooms and dressing room design and build I had a very poor experience with Manor Design. They promise a lot, but fail to deliver. Manor required constant chasing. Their fitters were incredibly unreliable and made mistakes throughout the entire job. Some were rectified but caused massive delays, others we have to just live with. Most recently, a shower door Manor Design supplied and fitted fell off the wall! TIP - If you chose to buy your appliances through them make sure you check their prices. I found they marked the prices up by considerable amounts on certain things. When I asked them about it they dropped the prices.

Excellent professional design and installation company. We have worked alongside Manor Design on many projects and I must admit their attention to detail is second to none. We have found that over the years their ability to adapt and re-manufacture products to the clients exact specification makes them an invaluable partner when it comes to flexibility and client satisfaction. With a strong design led ethic and a passion for converting the smallest cloakroom to the whole house into the very best of today's classic or contemporary quality interior, Manor Design are truly the professional partner. The most recent project with have jointly worked on gave us a strong client relationship that has enabled us to develop and partner on larger and more complex commissions. I have dealt with this wonderful company since 2007, when they first installed my beautiful kitchen. They provide a very personal, bespoke service, catering to your every need, working along with you to achieve your dream kitchen. The after-service is also of the same high standard, with any niggly after- issues being dealt with in a courteous and prompt manner. It feels like you are dealing with an individual rather than a company, as the person who designs your kitchen from Day 1, endeavors to be there for you throughout the process. So much so that when I had an issue with an appliance 8 years sown the line, i was met by the same cheerful and helpful face to promptly resolve my matter. In my case a new appliance was required, and I was lucky enough to to have the original fitter, Russell, come and carry out the work. I cannot praise Russell's attitude and work enough. He was so polite and careful with his work; and carried out a brilliant job. He's a real credit to the company, as are all the staff that I have had the pleasure to deal with. It's quite refreshing to come across such a company, for whom I can only say positive things...they really can't seem to do enough to keep their customers happy. I would never hesitate to recommend them to any of my family or friends, and have done so, on several occasions in the past.

My husband and I found Manor Design to be very professional and accommodating with a very good after sales service. The whole team were extremely friendly and reliable, with great work ethics. We were so impressed with their services the first time, that we have continued to use their company again and again. We will have no hesitation in using them in the future.
