Manolev Associates were first used by myself for a development project in Paddington. Development was very successful due in part to the design and finishes chosen by them. In early 2000's I again chose Kiril to design a very unique multi million dollar development of four luxury cluster house plus design additions to our own house which was previously a Convent. The result for all houses was amazing but especially the uniqueness of our own residence. The attention to detail was faultless and the overall concept quite brilliant. Kiril extremely pleasant to work with and paid attention to our input as owners. The result was a unique combination of heritage and contemporary design.

As a first time owner builder, Kiril gave us great comfort and was the driving force behind our project. Kiril's attention to detail, passion and support was well beyond the brief and helped achieve the best possible result. Highly recommended.

We were introduced to Kiril Manolev some 16 years ago and during that period Kiril has designed for us, two residences and as of late an apartment renovation (under construction).
