The Bath Shop

Bath Shop remodeled two bathrooms for me. The first was a 4+ star but the second bath brought the rating down because they did a sloppy job on the tile around the tub. I wanted white grout and they don't have a white grout that is actually white, but a vanilla color. They suggested a light grout that is a very light grey. I agreed to this because my designer told me my grout lines would only be 1/8" so it would hardly be seen. I agreed to this but when they grouted the tile, the person doing the grouting was in a hurry and did a sloppy job, filling the grout joints much fuller than the necessary 1/8th inch. The contract said "1/8 inch" but after filled, they were actually 1/4+ ", so the grout did show too much and was not even close to white. The tile was a wavy tile and I like that look, but with the overgrouting, there is no wave showing. Bath Shop said the contract said 1/8" spacers to be used, and I agreed but the filled joints were not 1/8". The floor tile used 1/8" spacers AND had 1/8" grout, so why would I think any different than 1/8" spacers being 1/8" grout also? Besides this, the grout was done very sloppy and with no regard. The workman who did the job was in and out in 15 minutes or less and didn't even ask us to see it before he left. The company should have made this right but didn't and now we have to redo the tile with someone else and spend another $2,400. Very Disappointed. Our kitchen redo will be done by someone else.

We hired The Bath Shop to replace a shower/tub combo with a high-end walk-in shower. They were fast, friendly, professional, and did great work.

We used The Bath Shop to remodel our master and guest bathrooms with excellent results for both projects! Diana guided us in some beautiful design choices! She has excellent taste and kept us from being overwhelmed with all the available choices!! The quality of the work that Robbie and his team did was also top notch!! They were all very punctual and respectful of our time and home. The project was completed within the timelines they presented at the start of the project and the communication was very good. We highly recommend these guys and would use them again in a heartbeat!!!

We recently renovated our master bathroom and are completely thrilled with the results! I primarily worked with Diana Trumper who is extremely knowledgeable about interior design, construction and able to incorporate my vision into the final design. The project was supervised by Jason Ham who is professional, easy to work with and dedicated to making sure as a customer, I was happy with the renovation. Diana and Jason worked as partners with me in making sure every detail was addressed. The finished bathroom is original in it's design and so beautiful! In addition, the construction staff, was also professional, courteous and always asked if I was satisfied with their work. Diana remained engaged and coordinated the design with Jason. They were also great in agreeing to work with Brassfield Construction, who designed and custom made the cabinetry / vanity. The project ran a little longer than we planned but I would rather take the time and have a beautiful bathroom than rush to meat a deadline. We stayed on budget as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking to renovate a bathroom. I am sure I'll be calling them again for another renovation!

We have successfully collaborated on multiple home renovation projects together. He has his own in-house staff of skilled trades which makes it great because we do not need to sub out. He is a great communicator and his quotes can't be beat! I highly recommend him and his team!

I recently purchased a new house with a very dated master bathroom. I have zero interior design sense, but knew that it needed to be re-done. Justin and The Bath Shop came in, assessed the space, and came up with an absolutely jaw-dropping design based on my input and preferences (while being patient and working with me and my lack of design sense). He and his workers were professional, respectful and trustworthy for the duration of the project and would continually check in with me to ensure everything was looking good along the way. At one point I even changed my mind about a small detail and it was taken care of the next day! The project finished on time and everything was professionally cleaned up after all work was completed. Since completion I have had ZERO issues with anything and am loving my new bathroom. I would sincerely recommend The Bath Shop for your bathroom remodel (or any remodel) project. They go out of their way and do everything feasible to ensure that you are completely satisfied, no matter how picky you may be.

I am happy, happy and totally thrilled with my new master bath. It is exactly what I had hoped for and I love it! I agree with others who have written of The Bath Shop staff’s professionalism, workmanship, and quality. I would add talented, patient, dependable and fun as descriptives. This was my first attempt at renovation and I had interviewed many different contractors when Justin was recommended to me. We met, reviewed my project and everything came together - and was affordable. Over the succeeding weeks Justin and Jason brought my dream to life. They worked with me allowing my design to develop organically. My bathroom is perfect and amazing. I only wish I had another room to renovate!

I hired the Bath Shop to completely remodel my investment property so I could flip it. The BathShop and its staff were courteous and professional. The owner brought to the table a fresh approach to the design elements that were both functional and stylish. I sold the home the day it went on the market for list price thanks to the guidance of the BathShop's staff and their craftsmanship. Since then I have hired the BathShop to remodel my personal home. I have been pleased with every job they have done for me.

We worked with Justin, Diana and Daniil to renovate our master bath. The project estimate would take approximately 6-8 weeks. They stayed on schedule and budget. We had the garden tub removed and replaced with a large tiled shower with a bench. The old one piece fiberglass shower was removed and the space was made into a closet! So awesome! I met with Diana to choose tile for the shower, tile for the floor, shower fixtures, sink fixtures and a new toilet. Oh and she helped me choose the style of vanity to place in the bathroom. Daniil and his father worked together to make it all happen and create a modern, beautiful bathroom. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were unbelievable! They make a great team. The whole process was so easy and they did such a great job. If you need a remodeling project, they are the ones who can transform your old bathroom into your dream one!
