William drove out from Chicago to the West Suburban site several times, made a very careful assessment of all issues relating to construction and design, and produced excellent results, while being most personable to deal with.

William is excellent at what he does. He takes the time to understand the project scope, needs of the customer, and clearly explains the approach he will take throughout the project. William is polite and respectful, is a good listener and communicates very well. He is responsive to phone calls and e-mails and has a very thorough knowledge of the codes. William will exceed your expectations.

William was contracted to come up with the permit plans for our gut rehab of our home. He guided the application deftly through the hairpin turns of permit process, including a big bump in the zoning department. Significant structural work was required as we were removing the center wall in many sections. His very detailed drawings helped the steel contractor fabricate and install the posts and beams without a hitch.
