Had an issue with the job, that was their fault. When I tried to resolve it, they got angry with me. The job is still not finished, and I see no end in sight. Very unprofessional and disorganized. They are all nice and sweet until there is a problem, then the ugly really comes out. I would not recommend this company.

We had a small job that took months to get off the ground (our issue, not counterparts). I appreciated that they checked in and communicated to make sure we were all moving forward. Once it began, we had a few hiccups- not surprising when you buy remnants and are trying to fit a certain space, but none of it was CPs fault and I very much appreciated how their team found ways to make it all come together and look beautiful in the end. They showed professionalism, experience, and genuine concern. I certainly would use them again for future projects.

Counterparts has fabricated and installed kitchens & baths for 2 of my homes and did beautiful work and they're a pleasure to work with. I've been in the countertop business for a long while and I can't speak more highly of Doug Dorkins and personally consider them to be the best quality fabricators in the region. they are not the cheapest, but certainly the best!
