Nick and his team are amazing. They have done several jobs at our new dog training facility in Kensington and I could not be happier. I had a vision for the side alley at our facility that I thought it was going to be impossible to accomplish, he made it possible. I will attach the before and after pictures of the complete transformation of our side deck. He always replies on time and is responsible with absolutely everything. If I could give him more than 5 starts I totally would.

What an interesting project. Recycled pallets and retired sports field turf made this all possible. I think we saved a great number of trees by repurposing the materials to build this urban lawn. Thank you for your kind words.

Nick and his team are the best. They have done numerous projects on our house over the years. Each one was carefully thought through and expertly completed. And when we have had a home project emergency, Nick has always responded in a timely manner.

Nick (Southbridge LLC) has done multiple contracts for me over the last 5 years and I would highly recommend his services. Projects have included: 1) Converting an internal balcony into a third bedroom with closets; 2) Converting an upstairs storage room/HVAC closet into a modern bathroom complete with WC, Shower Cubicle and Vanity; 3) stripping out; reconfiguring and rebuilding an apartment kitchen to maximize the available space to increase storage, countertops and ease of access to appliances; 4) stripping out old flooring and installing wood veneer plank flooring; 5) converting the concealed void under internal stairs to create a large additional storage area with shelves. Nick has been instrumental in creating unique solutions which allowed us to obtain much more living and storage space whilst creating very modern interiors with clean bright designs. Nick's team have all been very professional and Nick's management of his crew has been exceptional/everything ran smoothly.

Nick stresses the "partnership" in a project and he and his team definitely support their clients. They work hard to understand your needs and deliver the solution that's right for you. After an initial install that did not completely meet the intended outcome, they returned a year later to correct it under warranty. These guys stand behind their work! That's hard to find in this day & age!

Nick is reliable and helpful. Whenever we encounter a problem at home: water leaking through the roof, crack on the wall or a broken cabinet drawer, we always call Nick. We now he'll fix whatever it needs to be fixed.
