We originally hired Madlinger Exterior Design to replace our old deck with a patio – what we ended up with was an outdoor living area that exceeded all of our expectations; including a two-tiered stone patio with retaining and seat walls, built in grill station, landscape lighting, fencing, and beautiful plantings (not to mention replacing our front landscaping and lighting given how happy we were with the back yard). Drew and his team designed and built an incredible backyard for our family. Our starting point was an unusable pool with a steep hill leading down to our house. Drew designed a spectacular layout that not only took into account the grading changes and water flow, but that maximized our use-able space. His team is incredibly punctual and professional working tirelessly to make sure the home owner is happy. We couldn't be happier with the finished product.

My husband and I hired Madlinger Exterior Design to replace our front steps, front walkway, lighting, and some of our landscaping.
