L W Lantz and Company did a fantastic job closing in our screened in porch when we needed extra space for an office. From the prep work to the finishing touches they made sure that everything was done correctly. Wayne and his crew communicated clearly throughout to ensure that I was happy with the overall outcome. I high recommend LW Lantz & Co. The company renovated acquired rental properties on two occasions; the first property was in 2012. It was a complete success, from start to finish. On our initial meeting Wayne Lantz was able to develop an itemized scope of work with cost estimates. Comparing against other received estimates from other contractors, I valued the effort, detail, and time put into the proposal by LW Lantz. Throughout the project updates were regularly communicated, and I was very pleased with the quality and detail of the work performed. The project was completed on time, and within budget; very pleased with the work of LW Lantz & Co. The 2nd project was in late 2013 on another purchased foreclosure. Again, I was pleased with the renovation project from the start to the completion. The quality of the work was great, consistent with the 1st project. The project went according to plan. Project deadline met, on budget, and the renovation results looked great. Property showed well, and rented quickly; another project success.

Hiring this company was the best hire of my life. We had a wall removed, kitchen backsplash tiling and major plumbing done. The work was superior, the price was right and the job was completed on time. We have an older home and that can make renovation jobs tricky but they worked through the problems and the results were perfect. Later on, we needed some work on the pillars of the front porch. Because the house is older, they had to actual build the replacement parts. Beautiful job. The concrete floor of the porch had cracked all the way through and again, I call Wayne and the porch floor was replaced. Finally, a new roof was in order so without any hesitation I called Wayne and we have a beautiful new 3D roof. Each job was very well priced and when it was done, it was right. Never had to call them back to correct anything. This is my "go to" company. I have referred them to several friends and neighbors. Let's face it, you just don't make a referral to friends and neighbors if you were not satisfied!

Wayne did some work for a client of mine that was selling their home in Glen Allen, VA. He did great work for her and helped us get her home ready for the market. He is professional and so are his workmen. I would definitely recommend this business to other agents to do repairs for their selling clients.
