Linda was very friendly and professional. She came by to measure and recommend what would work best in my unit. When her and her husband came to install I wasn't sure if I liked the way the curtains opened. Linda was available to talk about what options could be made to change them and took them away to be altered. I was so happy that she was offering to make them right and in the end they are just wonderful! Thanks to her and her husband for the extra time and dedication making things right. From start to finish, Masarsky Solutions certainly lived up to their well-deserved reputation for excellent service. Linda met me - on time! - at my new & empty apartment. Being on time seems like a detail - but for me it was crucial that day. I had an idea of of using some linen I had to make the drapes. Instead of ruling it out of hand as impractical in the circumstances, she explored with me the pros & cons of doing it "my way." Would we be able to use the existing valence? (No)... Would the light in the apartment be as I wished? (Not guaranteed)... Would there be a net savings by using the linen? (No)... and so forth... The solution we came up with suited me perfectly: top-down, bottom up shades, plus curtains that looked convincingly like linen. Throughout the project, Linda & Earl gave first-rate service. Their creativity, joy & intelligence - what a bonus!

We love our stunning blinds and shades from Masarsky Solutions for our new custom home. We selected Hunter Douglas Silhouettes for the wall of windows which looks out onto public walkways and a fountain as we wanted to maximize the view while also maintaining privacy. Our walk-out lower level has a casual yet tailored look with the beautiful roller shades provided by Masarsky Solutions. The owner, Linda, did a fabulous job in providing us with options-she brought stacks of sample books-YEAH!!!-and gently guided us to options to satisfy our criteria and budget. With a new build, there are hundreds of design decisions. Working with Masarsky Solutions was by far our best experience during this build. Linda is a consummate professional with a calm, easy-going personality. We never felt pushed to buy and she gave us as much time as needed to mull over our choices. Linda is very knowledgable. She showed up promptly and got straight to work on our design. She brought lots of samples and ideas, which could seem overwhelming with a less experienced designer but she quickly narrowed the choices down to what would work best for our rooms. This is a really great asset, having the eye for what will work and the background to suggest the best product. Like a lot of things these days, we are spoiled for choice and it really helps to have a professional designer who knows how to find the best solution. Linda works with a very experienced installer, so the installation job was done at the specified time we had pre-determined and done quickly. We did have a minor issue with the mechanism of our Hunter Douglas blind in our bedroom . Linda came over and investigated the issue and remedied the solution in a timely matter. We had consulted three different blind companies and chose Masarsky Solutions due to their competetive prices and over-all professionalism. We love the new, modern look to our rooms. Kudos ,MS!
