I feel very lucky that I happened upon Luxus construction when I needed work done to my property. Serg was an excellent teammate throughout the entire project from start to finish. He worked very hard for me and did me the great favor of dealing with my insurance company on many occasions. His team was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I am very pleased with the outcome of the project andI will definitely call Luxus right away when I want to have more work done.

My wife and I were very happy to work with Luxus Construction. It was a tough remodeling and addition project that require a reliable and capable crew, and a lot of communication. Serg and his team checked both boxes. It amazes me that In this big city, where it’s easy to avoid someone, Serg still follows up quickly when I contact him 24 months past the projects end date. I used Serge (owner of Luxus) 4 years ago and he completed the job exactly when he was going to with next to 0 problems. He is still a staple in our home because he shows up to fix things and guarantees his work. I have referred him to all my friends in our neighborhood and we are all still friends :) It's not often when you can trust a contractor to the degree that I trust Serge. He is a perfectionist who communicates well and is respectful to women. As a mother and wife who manages the house construction, it was refreshing to work with a man who treated me as an equal and did not try to hustle me. I cannot recommend him enough.

Renovating a house is a scary process. Serg and his team helped us through this major project with patience and professionalism. He was on site and always available in person or on the phone seemingly all hours of the day. Serg was very easy to communicate with over email and text as well. I feel that Serg went above and beyond on many occasions, including when we had rain storms early in the construction process and in personally picking up fixtures and other things needed at the last minute. Serg and his team really take pride in the quality of his work and I happily recommend Serg to anyone who is thinking about taking on a big project.

Serge handled several small electrical installations at my house (ceiling lights in my living room, outdoor lighting, ceiling fan, lights and switches in a bedroom). He is very professional, responsive and completes the work on time and on budget. I will use him again in the future.

Serg and Lichwa construction gets an A+ for the completion of our home renovation this year. We built a second story addition and completely remodeled out entire living, dining and kitchen area. We used Serg Lichwa for two large projects that are central in our condominium; one project was a floor-to-ceiling custom bookshelf, about 10'' tall, 22' long, and 16" deep. It was a simple and elegant design so the execution and installation were especially important since there were no decorative features to distract the eye. Serge and his team executed the project perfectly: they were on-time and on-budget, with a very critical eye. The crew was efficient, neat, and detail-oriented. The result is a built-in book case that looks like it came with the apartment and fulfills every expectation we had. The second project was a full renovation of an existing kitchen. This required Serg to oversee installations of marble counter tops and a large stainless steel back-splash. Walls also had to be repainted to match existing walls. Serg acquitted himself extremely well in all three areas. Our old kitchen had been installed in an existing building - following the same design as 8 other apartments, so Serg inherited a number of construction flaws and sloppiness; he did an excellent job of correcting or disguising the problems of the original construction. His prices were fair; he was easy and cheerful to deal with; and, because he is genuinely talented, he did not hesitate to admit when an unexpected difficulty presented itself. He was a pleasure to work with, and we would do it again.

Serge Lichwa is a GEM of a contractor. We had a small project and could not get anyone to commit to working on our house or even call us back. A friend used Serge to remodel their Venice home and he came highly recommend. Serge treated our little project with the same intensity as if we were building a home from scratch. He is efficient, meticulous, knowledgeable, timely and professional. His work is amazing and we are so happy with what he has done for us. We will be using Serge again when we work on larger projects!

I hired Serge and his crew to build a redwood deck, fence and two custom gates, one for an automatic driveway gate. As usual, he did excellent work, on time and on budget. He is a pleasure to work with, and I always recommend him first when anyone asks. I have already hired him for my next landscape design installation and hope to work with him for years to come.
