We recently engaged Luke Murray Builder to do a major renovation on our home. Our home has been totally transformed and is now a beautiful place to live. Luke has been a total professional throughout the whole process. We have really benefitted from his experience as a project manager on major construction projects. The first stage of our renovations involved major structural changes including lifting our home, earthworks, new downstairs slab, driveway, double garage and a beautiful front verandah. Luke planned and managed the huge changes to our home in this first stage without drama. Despite challenges presented by consistent and torrential rain through that stage of our renovation, we always felt that the project was in safe hands.
If you look at our home you will also see that Luke has an eye for quality and is a gifted carpenter. He has used the best timber and other products available within our budget and ensured building was completed to a high standard. He was also very supportive of using environmentally responsible products wherever possible.
The second stage of our project has involved building a "granny flat" under our home, complete with a large bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and lounge room. Luke has again managed this efficiently and without fuss and we have really appreciated his willingness to work around our requirements as an extended family. He has created a beautiful space for us all to enjoy.
We feel very fortunate to have had Luke Murray Builder renovating our home to date and there is no doubt that we will be using Luke Murray Builder again for the final planned stage of our renovation in the future.
