Over the few years, YK Stone Center has worked with Lucid studio on several projects, providing the fabrication and installation of stone for their custom homes. Each of their projects is carefully drawn out and detailed to the clients specifications and is built in a form of a 'dream house'. With each home, the contemporary style and edgy forms of the houses, Lucid Design provides top of the line materials and service to each project. My name is Steve and I own Christou Coatings Painting CO. I had the opportunity to work with Lucid Design CO on a fantastic project in Cherry Hills. The home is roughly 12,000 sq.ft. and has all the bells and whistles you can imagine in a custom home. Projects this large always seem to run into delays and setbacks, but I credit Project Manager Cory for keeping a tight schedule and holding all trades accountable for high quality work. Designer Natasha brought the house to life with 11 accent colors that work perfectly in that home. In my experience, it's easy for designers to play it safe and use simple colors to finish an intimidating house like this. She went bold and knocked it out of the park. I credit her for bringing that house to life. We were given a generous budget in order to put a high quality paint on all the surfaces we painted. I didn't have to convince them that it was necessary. They know paint very well and agreed that the project required the best. My job is to "finish" the drywall, trim, doors, etc... If those trades don't do their job at a high level, that only makes my work more difficult. The owner, Jesse, didn't mess around when it came to hiring high quality craftsmen for this project. It was a nice reminder of how easy it is to do my job when I get to work with Pro's. I truly cannot wait for the opportunity to work with Lucid Design again.
