Much better shopping experience than Home Depot. Customer service is nicer and they carry a number of brands that are not available at other stores and online.

After having an awful experience with Home Depot, I was hesitant to contact Lowe's. However, after the first call I made, I immediately felt I made the right decision. Communication was excellent. Our designer, Michael, showed up at our house promptly as scheduled, and made the time to answer all our questions. When we made our appointment with him at the actual Lowe's location, he was instrumental in helping us with our color schemes, tile choices, and designs. I only have positive things to say of Michael, as well as the rest of the Lowe's team. We're already looking forward to having our kitchen remodeled in the near future. Thanks again!

Hired Lowe's for 3 complete bathroom remodels. The designer, Michael Toro was excellent. He paid attention to every detail and listened to what we asked. The bathrooms turned out beautifully. The quality of the work performed by contractor, Carmen Testa and his crew, Ray and Alex was top-notch. Additionally, they were professional, friendly, trust-worthy and respectful of our home. Three jobs at one time is alot to do and of course there were a few problems along the way, i.e.-wrong materials being delivered, water leaks. Plus the 3 jobs took much longer than we expected. However, despite the problems encountered, each one was corrected immediately. We never felt that they did not stand behind their work. In fact, they even paid for a carpet cleaning and gave us a partial credit when the shower door company erred. I would not hesitate recommending this group and will use again for our next projects.

Step 1 was to sit down with one of the associates to plan the kitchen according to my dimensions. Step 2 was to meet with Michael Toro a certified planner and decorator. Mr. Toro spent countless hours with us after the kichen dimensions were measured out. We first chose the cabinets and the optons we had as far a the countertop the free sink and the knobs for the cabinets. We expressed to him that we had one other estimate and that we would like to compare the two after we chose what we wanted. Mike was more then patient and very helpful in making sugestions regarding the trim the planning and all the options we said we would like to have. After several meetings we decided we were very happy how Mr. Toro handled himself and how helpful he was to help make our decision easier. We then decided to let Lowe's do our kitchen renovation. After making our decision we me met with Mr. Toro several times afterwards and spent many more hours selecting not only the cabinets, but all the trim the floors the new indoor and outside doors. The estimate was to our satisfaction and we signed all the papers and paid for the project. I don't think we would have chosen Lowe's if it werent for Mr. Toro taking all the time needed and to have as much patience as he did. This was the first major project we have ever decided to do and alos with this large an expense. Thanks to Mr. Toro we had a great experience and are very happy with the outcome.

Michael was the designer who oversaw the renovation of our master bath. He was extremely helpful and has great vision. During the planning phase, we changed the design a few times and each time, Michael was patient, full of ideas, and alwasy professional. He managed the project entirely within our agree upon budget and was in constant communication with me on the project's progress. The end product and renovation of our bathroom was exactly as I envisioned it thanks to Michael.

The project manager was very accommodating. The project took longer than expected. the workers did a good job. I like the work that was done.

This past January, my wife and I worked very closely with Michael Toro (Interior Project Specialist at Lowe’s) to re-design our Master Bathroom and create, among other things, the appearance of additional space. And, we are very glad we did! Mike was extremely easy to work with, unbelievably detail oriented and quite knowledgeable about construction practices in general. Without him leading our project we would have been lost. Plus, he has a natural gift for recommending what works and what doesn’t from a fixtures, tile/grout and coloring scheme standpoint …Perfect for individuals who may be challenged in this area (like myself). When you spend thousands of dollars on a re-modeling project, you want the final product to look right. Partnering with Mike all but guarantees this will happen. And, he has your back every step of the way ensuring the hands-on contractors working for him follow his design specifications to a tee. If he doesn’t like something, he will not hesitate to speak up and follow through in a timely manner to provide you with the results you expect. (We had a short “punch list” at the end of the project that was satisfactorily completed and Mike and a fellow associate personally came out to inspect their work. He identified one or two minor areas needing improvement that even my wife and I initially overlooked.) Our Master Bath is now a bright, modern open space that is fun to use … Mission accomplished. Should Mike ever leave Lowe’s, we will be sure to follow him as he is the difference maker.
