LOSAS COMPANY was founded in 2012 by Jorge Oqueli. Our first jobs included setting tile in gas stations, coffee shops, fast food restaurants, & we quickly added hotels to our workload. LOSAS, a highly rated and renowned tile & stone contractor in, Denver & Castle Rock, Colorado, invites you to experience excellence in tile, stone, and countertop services. We are effective communicators with an emphasis on service that will leave you delighted. We have been installing tile for over 18 years in a commercial setting. We have recently collaborated with The Tile Shop, Floor and Decor, and Lowes as Pros of their products; this has open the door for us on residential projects. Our work is coordinated by two area supervisors, six project managers, & 15 tile installers. We are experts in Design-Build, interpreting blueprints, and tile installation. LOSAS is proud of its long list of satisfied clients & repeat contracts, now totaling in 750 projects. We have proven, throughout our 12 year history that we deliver a great project, on time, & on budget.

Jorge and Kahlil created a kitchen backsplash for me. I was so impressed by the level of detail that they brought to the project. Jorge brought up details that I did not even think about planning wise. He really paid attention to the finishing touches and gave advice on color trends. Khalil is so talented and detailed and did an amazing job. I appreciate all the communication before and during the project. I just love my new kitchen backsplash and it turned out just like I imagined. I feel so lucky to have found them!

Jorge and his workers are very knowledgeable in their fields and also help with making the right decisions for specific work. Detail and the materials used are important and take precedent for the job being completed. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again for the remaining portion of my bathroom remodel.

Jorge Oqueli and Kahlil Zuniga did an amazing job on my kitchen remodel. It was a very unconventional project—we’d done a new tile backsplash a year ago but wanted to demo some of it to accommodate new cabinetry + extend the tile to cover behind our stove. I chatted with 4 different tiling contractors. Losas’ bid was competitive and their communication was the best by far. Jorge worked with us to find tile that would match with what we already had in place and worked in the new tile exceptionally well; you can’t tell that the backsplash was done in two separate projects a year apart! There were also some challenges to our project because it’s a super old house so our walls weren’t level; Jorge and Kahlil made it work, including coming back a few weeks after the project was completed to polish off some edging. They really went above and beyond to make this project work for our home and our budget. I’d absolutely used them again!

Jorge and Khalil helped me with a tub to shower conversion. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and highly communicative throughout. It turned out just as I envisioned. Very pleased with their work!
