Lorrie is such a pleasure to work with. She helped us with our family room. It was like Christmas morning when I got home from work and saw the box she dropped off with all the fabric samples in it. When I opened it, I was blown away. She did an incredible job of bringing together lots of prints and colors I never would have thought to put together. I would not hesitate to recommend her to someone else. She is wonderful.

Lorrie is FABULOUS! Recently after designing my living space, she photographed the space. I loved the pictures (from the photo shoot) and I loved the painting she placed above my fireplace. I just thought the whole room looked great. Couldn’t believe how Lorrie was able to transform my space from dull to chic! Aside from her design ability, she is a pleasure to work with as she is patient, kind and very knowledgeable.

Lorrie did a beautiful job helping me on a few different projects in my house over the past year. It has been a wonderful experience working with her and I am so happy with the completed rooms. Lorrie has an amazing ability to bring materials and samples to a project that reflect my taste and personality and work well in my home. Lorrie at Swedish Blue Designs was an absolute joy to work with. She took my [sometimes vague] ideas and wish list and would come back with a cohesive look that was right on point. I think we have similar taste, but I always appreciated that her design ideas were "me", not me trying on someone else's style. Two years later I wouldn't change a single thing she did!

I sent Lorrie an inquiry early last summer after seeing a picture of one of her “linen wrap” coffee tables on her web site. We met mid-September at her design shop and Lorrie helped me determine the style and size that would work best for my space. She was tremendously helpful in putting my ideas to words in a way that the manufacturer would understand. She made the whole process easy and fun for me, never pushed anything on me, and made me feel very confident making a big purchase of a custom piece because I knew she was on top of all the details and would stand behind her work. I also knew istantly that I could trust her taste and style...she definitely steered me in the right direction. Once the table was ready, Lorrie delivered the table herself to make sure it looked beautiful in the space. I love everything about it and look forward to having another chance to work with her.
