Prices starts @ $400. And maintenance cleaning weekly/bi-weekly and monthly, have a lower cost, and it will start @ $100 per visit. (Depending on the size of the property.

I've utilized Lopes Cleaning for over 5 years now and I'm very satisfied with their consistent level of quality professional service. With Ney and his team it's one less thing I need to worry about in life. I have 2 large dogs (and boyfriend) that create quite a mess in the house which Lopes Cleaning takes care of with highest attention to detail and unlike some other providers I used in the past they are very efficient and quick! Dependable, professional and flexible are their top virtues!

Lopes Cleaning has saved my marriage! For about a year now, they have been coming once a month to clean our house. They bring a crew of 3 or 4, and have the whole house done in 40 minutes flat! Every surface is clean and dusted, and they are very willing to tackle specific, hard to reach spots when I ask. Most importantly, they are flexible - I can't count the number of times I've had to move the day or reschedule the time at the last minute, and Ney is always pleasant and accommodating. A wonderful service, and at a very reasonable price!!

We have had Ney Lopes and company for over 5 years. They are always professional, meticulous and respectful of our belongings. If you have something extra you want- you only have to ask. They have also been accommodating if the schedule needed to be altered. 10 stars if I could!!!
