Candace helped us with styling our home in January of 2020 and then we she helped us with a kitchen remodel in 2021. Candace helped me identify what MY style was and then she worked from there to select our furniture and finishes. I get overwhelmed with too many choices so Candace would provide a few different options to choose from and I’d pick my favorites from there- it made the design process so simple for me. The crew was so fast and did an incredible job- it was so nice to only have one point of contact for a big construction project. I recommend Candace to everyone I know! I couldn’t be happier with the process and the result.

We decided to use Candace for our house remodel after seeing several jobs she had done in our neighborhood. We planned to put in new wood floors on our first floor and update our kitchen. As the project went along we decided to add custom features like built in cabinets and custom wood work. Candace designed these features and they were expertly made to fit our space. Since Candace and her contractor were so great to work with we decided to continue the remodel with 3 bathrooms upstairs and new carpet. The total project was done seamlessly because Candace oversaw each detail. Now having had so much time to be home we are so happy we did the full remodel. Candace along with her contractor provide outstanding service with superior craftsmanship on their projects.

With all of my family at home for work and school, my house was starting to feel cramped. While we had a bonus room to spread out in, no one used it because it wasn’t a cozy room. After having a great experience using Candace for other projects, I just knew she could transform the space to make it not only stylish, but functional and comfortable. Candace has impeccable taste and knows that the little design details make all difference. Her cabinet maker, Dave, builds the most beautiful cabinets. Candace is also great about working within your budget. When the estimate for my large wall of built in shelves exceeded my budget, Candace found a creative solution to make our vision work, and in the end, I actually ended up liking the redesign better. I am so happy with the final product. Candace created a warm, inviting functional spot for my family to enjoy our time at home together whether it is playing board games, watching movies or just reading. Candace transformed our least favorite room into a place where everyone wants to spend time.

We love our remodel! Candace and her team did a great job. She listened and was very patient with us. She definitely guided us through the overwhelming world of design and products. Every remodel is going to have surprises and Candace stayed by our side and came up with solutions. Thank you Candace and look forward to working with you again.

We used Candace's design services for a remodel of our lower level and we couldn't have been more pleased. Her communication was impeccable and it was a great experience to know she was at our house keeping a watchful eye on all progress. We really appreciated her ability to take our tentative direction (we were overwhelmed) and turn it into a design we love. When the remodel was complete we retained her services for interior design and we were happy with the results. Overall we had an amazing experience.

I cannot say enough great things about Candace! We completely remodeled our new to us 20 year old house. We literally changed every surface, every piece of hardware, etc. The thought of having to come up with all of that stuff on my own was overwhelming. Candace made it so easy! She would make suggestions, based on our conversations, and they were always spot on. Not only that, in the places where I DID have thoughts of my own she would take MY ideas and run with them. She would help me source the tile or she'd match the hardware to what I was already doing. And her contacts in the industry were so great to have access to. She had a name and a number for whatever I needed. I have recommended her many times since I have worked with her. She is the best!

It was a very unfortunate experience with Candace. Design measurements were done incorrectly, not once but twice. The first time, she was able to find some kind of resolution with the cabinet people who already started building that still wasn't correct. Other cabinet was measured just as poorly. Candace recommended mirrors and 6 sconces with horrible placement (cannot install sconce one a one inch wall). Understanding that remodels are a process and mistakes happen, we reached out to work on a resolution, but absolutely no resolution was given.

Candace held our hand through every step of a giant renovation. She knew exactly the style we were trying to create and narrowed down the overwhelming amount of choices. We could never have found the unique materials ourselves and they make our home beautiful. She was also extremely patient with our indecisiveness and strong emotions that go along with a remodel.

Candace is the most creative, fun and easy person to work with on a design project. We did a major remodel of our kitchen, baths and deck. It had a lot of moving parts and we kept adding stuff along the way. She was very flexible in accommodating our changing needs (even during the middle of the project). Candace is unflappable and takes it all in stride - usually the hallmark of a seasoned professional. She and her team did an absolutely fantastic job on this remodel. The showers look amazing. We really appreciate the quality of work - which was consistently high. My word of advice to those contemplating a home project: you get what you pay for. The contractors she uses are focused on delivering high quality, painstaking, meticulous work. The house has come alive with colors, our baths went from 90s style old school to very modern and appealing. Our kitchen is now uncluttered and well-lit with lots of counter and cabinet space. Our deck looks really hip. In addition, Candace is also a very creative interior designer who helped us decorate our home to make it look appealing. It’s not enough to remodel, you need to think about decoration, placement and whatever represents your family. She had a lot of great suggestions how to make our space look interesting and sophisticated. Candace helped us with placing artistic objects, hanging art and photos, and thinking about flow and sweep. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I’m not the easiest customer to work with and can be quite demanding. She just rolls with it. I highly recommend Candace for any home project.

Candace helped us out with a kitchen update. She was easy to work with, had great ideas, and was the interface between the contractor and us. Made it so much easier knowing she was coordinating everything between painters, contractor, and cabinet designer. We didn't have to take off work to be there every time someone new came in. There are so many horror stories working with contractors - it was nice to be totally confident in Candace's project management.

I hired Candace after the purchase of our new home. There were several rooms for which we had no furniture and no idea where to begin. Candace was great presenting ideas and helping to pinpoint our style. She created meaningful spaces that make our house finally feel like a home. I highly recommend!

She amazingly puts together modern and chic into any room in the house. She is our go-to stylist. I highly recommend using her for any project in your home!
