I had a conversation with Mr. Bob Flecken today regarding the service provided by WestCoast gates,, I was very satisifed with the results, for my high end custom made gate; the technicians arrived on-time and have the know-how experience to be able to fix the post on my gate. I highly recommend Westcoast Gate company.

Our experience was really great and I am thankful to this referral. Ed, the technician that came out to check out the issue with our gate was really great. He detected the issue right away, showed and explained everything to us, and was able to fix it with this visit. He was also very kind explaining the programming and reprogramming of the schedule for our gate. All in all, it was great. I will for sure recommend you folks again. Oguz Ince

I have been a customer of West Coast Gates for over 15 years. Gary, the Owner came out to save me from my previous service provider I was using that took forever to get to me and then underwhelmed me each time by always trying to do the least amount of work possible in the effort to move on to the next appointment. I would never use any other company.

We had issues with the the tech showing up and the scheduler was vague on timing of when he'd arrive. But even though the day didn't turn out the way It was suppose to they did make it work,

Your fast an speedy service took me out of a panic as I am alone and the gate would not close. We have had several burglaries in the neighborhood, and I had to leave. Your serviceman was so fabulous and understanding, clean and lovely uniform... Thanks..

It would be very helpful if the same technician who detects the problem would come back to do the reapir/ replacement of the parts, so you dont have to go over the entire problem with the new technician showing up. i understand it is not always possible, but would be very helpful to client.

I would have done the other gate too but again your costs are way to high so I had someone else do it for me at a much better price. But the first gate you did a good job and again your cost was high but I did it anyway. Next time I will use my new source of support because your high costs are out of line
