Loretta's Interior Design, LLC

Loretta has designed and coordinated the completion of two major renovation projects for us. These projects include our main kitchen renovation (demolished down to the studs and a load-bearing wall was removed) and basement kitchen addition in 2019. In 2022, Loretta designed a major closet renovation (including removing a wall to combine two closets into a large, beautiful closet with high-end cabinetry and lighting) and a second-floor "refresh" (including the installation of new hardwoods to replace the existing carpet). Loretta is extremely talented in the area of design. During our renovations, she was very organized, efficient, a great listener and always mindful of our time commitments. Loretta's elegant design choices not only integrated our expectations and style choices, but ensured the re-designed spaces seamlessly merged into un-touched spaces. Loretta spent a great deal of time working with us to plan our renovations and was able to leverage her wide network of vetted professionals, including contractors, painters, flooring installers, window treatment specialists, etc. to ensure the renovated spaces far exceeded our expectations. Color selection is truly a gift of Loretta's. From wall color choices to fabric selection, she consistently recommended beautiful colors and patterns with ease and precision. Loretta has also completed multiple smaller projects for us, including carpet installation, tile installation, furniture reupholstering, window treatments, etc. Loretta is the only designer we would ever consider. She is a kind, gracious and friendly individual and we missed having her in our home each time our projects were completed. Loretta’s design choices are sustainable, and we constantly receive compliments regarding our home’s interior. We always let our guests know we have a great designer.

I hired Loretta prior to moving into new apartment at Everleigh Duluth, a 55+ Active adult community. With everything purchase new and a short term move in date she provided me guidance in selecting paint colors, art work and furniture for my new 2BR/2Bath home. I found her professional touch and wisdom to be exactly what was needed at that point in my life.
