Lindsay Gibbon was a project manager and builder on the conversion of the garage of our 1960s townhouse. We were extremely glad we hired him (and members of his team of very good carpenters, plumbers and electricians too). He was excellent at explaining to us exactly what he was doing, he never made us feel silly for having a lot of questions, and, on one occasion, even changing our minds about something, the last of which he responded to really well, and we ended up with an even better result. He was always calm and friendly, and we felt as if he and those people who worked for him were on the same team as us. We did stick to the budget which Lindsay set. Lindsay's knowledge was broad, and the quality of the work he undertook for us was very good indeed. I do genuinely recommend him as someone who is easy and friendly to work with, but always very professional too. His enthusiasm for our project (and that of his partner, Claire Hunt, as well), was also really nice! We (I and my husband) felt that he had done a very special job, both with us and for us.

I have worked with LivingFunky for over 18 months and have never met a more passionate and efficient team of people. The concepts and designs they come up with are fantastic and their ability to add value to a property is second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to invest in property development or equally someone who is considering revamping their home. They are a perfect team specialising in Low Energy Building alongside Funky Interior Design and to top it off they are also experts in property development. What more could you want?

コメント：Love the painting, where is it from?Hi there, the painting is gorgeous. We are very lucky to have it, as it was left by a previous owner, in the loft of a property that we bought a few years ago.
