Gorgeous home and wonderful customer service!! My husband and I bought a Live Oak home earlier this year and absolutely love it! We toured tons of other homes in the neighborhood but nothing compared. The quality of the home has been amazing and the builder is quick to respond when we have had any questions. We highly recommend purchasing a Live Oak home!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Live Oak. We were up against a tight time frame with a baby on the way and the team at Live Oak worked tirelessly (through Hurricane Harvey) to make sure we were in our home before the baby arrived. Their attention to detail and open communication throughout the process made, what could have been a stressful situation, really enjoyable. I learned so much and really felt like I was part of the process. Mark and Thomas have built an amazing team and business. We absolutely love our custom home and are so grateful for the team at Live Oak for making our dream home a reality. We don't have any professional photos yet...but couldn't help but share a few of our beautiful home...even with baby gear!

We feel very fortunate to have found Live Oak Builders. This house is the second house we have custom built. The first time was a nightmare experience in Dallas, which caused us to be sceptical about custom building a second time. Live Oak Builders was the complete opposite experience. We learned over the building process that we could completely trust the suggestions made by them. The owners have 20+ years of experience in custom home building. The quality of service and dedication to the project was far better than we ever expected to receive. Live Oak built our home as though it was going to be their home. If there were things on the floor plan that was not up their standards, they would bring it to our attention and make suggestions to make changes. They were very good at sending updated budget information to us as the project progessed. We also have had a wonderful post construction experience. This company is by far the most amazing Home Builders in the city of Houston and we highly recommend using them for your next building project.

Live Oak Houston built our house in 2014 and we absolutely love it. They were so easy to work with and always offered the best suggestions/advice. The quality is second to none and we will live here forever!

We bought our house in Live Oak Landing over three years ago. We were attracted by the design, floor plan, and affordable price. We love the high end finishes that were included like hardwood floors throughout, soft-close cabinets, and granite and marble countertops. We are also pleased to report we made it through Hurricane Harvey with no house or street flooding.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience. Live Oak helped us with the entire process, from design, to architect selection, build and even subsequent dealings with HCAD. Not only did we deal directly with the principals of Live Oak throughout the process, once we were moved in, and to this day almost 4 years later, we can still rely on them for assistance with any home related matters, no matter how small.
