Michael, the VP here in the US, is one of the most hardworking, caring individuals I've ever met and has been a wonderful mentor to me. Now, that was just the people who work there, the products are a whole different kind of amazing. I've honestly never seen more beautiful, carefully made rugs in my life. From the gorgeous Mandalas to the Organic Cotton- the style is amazing and the quality is unprecedented. This is truly an outstanding company that I am proud to work for and purchase from!
