Litecraft celebrates over 60 years of lighting experience; designing, manufacturing and distributing decorative lighting around the UK. In 1949 we began lighting up your home and we haven't stopped since. You can find our Head Office in the North West of England just outside the City of Manchester. Everything begins at Litecraft HQ, from the buying to the designing straight through to distribution. Even our dedicated customer support team are here! Litecraft's strong marketing team work closely with a top photographer to make sure our products look their very best before we can show them to you. As well as our website you can also see our products in any of our 6 stores around the UK. We are currently located in Manchester, Manchester City Centre, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow and Birmingham. We are proud that this family business has grown to the number two spot in the UK, we're hoping together with your support we can go to number one. We placed an order for some lights and paid the extra to come with the bulbs on delivery the bulbs were missing. As the job was booked we had to source the bulbs separately from another local supplier this resulted in us having to pay extra costs. When I raised this with lite craft the manager was not interested and was dismissive of my concerns at their error putting ourselves out of pocket with extra costs They kindly refunded £8.00 difference between the order with or without bulbs

Ordered easy fit light shade to finish my decorating project on Friday 24th March received 25th fantastic service through out, fast response to my questions no fuss, very happy. Light shade is beautiful thank you.

Litecraft have helped illuminate many projects for me over the past ten years, including a converted candle factory in Domfront, France....a three bedroom rental property in Manchester on a tight budget....the external lights for a chicken coop in Sheffield, to help keep the foxes away.....and most recently decorate a full home in LED, for the latest project....my own little Eco pad. Each required very specific lighting, but all of the highest quality. I found Litecraft to offer a very broad range and each project came well within budget.
