They built my pool and deck for me a 6 years ago. We used travertine, bead create and put in waterfalls and jets and bubblers and a sun shelf and it was great. Only had one problem in the past year and they fixed my pool pump salt thing very quick. So no problems overall and everyone loves the pool. Thanks.

Omar Guzman, the owner of Liquid Art, has completely abandoned our incomplete pool job more than 10 months after signing the contract. He personally has never done any work on my pool himself and outsources a majority of the tasks. There hasn't been any work performed on my pool in better than 10 weeks, as of this writing. In addition, I have had to pay all of the sub-contractors directly as he has not paid a single bill and liens are being threatened against my property. He openly admitted to me, in front of my wife, that he took more than $20k profit out of the first two installment payments. Who takes their profit before the job is completed? My family and I have very reluctantly sought out the assistance of an attorney to try and recoup some of the money Mr. Guzman has received from us yet didn't pay any contractors with. Instead of doing the right thing and finishing the job as that is all we want, Mr. Guzman hired his own attorney and is ducking and hiding from all attempts at communication. Our next step is to file a formal complaint with the DBPR, or the licensing board of Florida in an attempt to have his license to build pools revoked. You would be best served to completely avoid this company.

My family recently built our home in Jupiter Inlet colony Florida, complete with an attached swimming pool. As we had never managed or owned a pool before,we were a bit apprehensive about the project. However upon meeting Omar, the president of Liquid Art Custom Pools, the concern was put at ease. Within the first week of moving into our home, Omar came to our house and carefully explained to us the entire system of our pool, the filter system the heating, the bubblers, the hot tub,the salt water aspect and lighting. He then explained to me how an app on my iPhone could control the entire pool system and from that point the job was incredibly simple. During that first 30 days I must've called Omar at least a dozen or more times on some simple aspect and each conversation professional, cordial, and very instructive. Omar made it very simple to understand how this cool operated. Beyond the operation of the pool however, Several situations proved to me the professionalism of this company.8 1. I had a serious problem with an underground drain line from my roof ( nothing to do with the pool itself ) that needed Omar to move one of his water lines from the pool equipment to the pool itself. he did so within 24 hours of the request, cordially, and professionally, 2. I requested an additional pump for the bubblers in my pool. He did this with him five days after the request was made. 3. I had trouble with my remote about two weeks after moving in. Omar traced the problem down to a mainframe problem from the pool equipment supplier in California and resolved the problem within a weekend. 4. I wanted a water feature installed that required a additional water line from the pool equipment to an area in our backyard lawn. Liquid Art Custom Pools,completely handled the waterline within 48 hours after the request. It is truly refreshing to find a contractor in today's times to answer the phone quickly cordially and professionally each and every time a customer calls, and to quickly handle the situation presented. Omar did this without fail throughout these first several months in which we were trying to fully moved in to our new home. I really enjoyed working with this guy.!!! Liquid Art Custom Pools

Everyone can't believe the transformation of my back yard. Liquid Art came up with a very innovative design and submitted it to me in 3D. I couldn't be happier with the result. We live on the water and all the boaters stare at my property. I highly recommend.
