Katy Tile and Marble is amazing. The professionalism and the personal attention I received made my home remodel easy and even enjoyable. Linda and Tom walked me through each step and answered all of my questions. They even gave suggestions and handled things I never thought of. Everyone was so nice and my house turned out beautiful I cannot find one single flaw and do not have any complaints. The work is perfect and my house is amazing!! I definitely recommend Katy Tile and Marble for any work you need done!!!

I highly recommend Katy Tile & Marble. We did a complete Master bathroom remodel. Everyone we encountered on this project was professional, courteous and highly skilled. The owner, Tom Ferris, was here everyday checking on the progress and answered all questions about details. The showroom employees were very helpful and patient as we brought home sample after sample. I definitely recommend this company.

Katy Tile and Marble installed carpet in my bedrooms. The carpet wasn't installed correctly, there are nails sticking out at all the thresholds in every room. I have had to get a hammer and hit all the nails down myself. I also paid extra for a better grade of padding which I don't think I got. I would not let this company back into my home, their work is poor.

They just completed a master bathroom renovation in my home. I am very happy with the work of their granite fabricator, contractor and the tile setter. The tile guy was especially consciousness and concerned about doing the best job possible. Linda was helpful during the process of choosing the tile, grout, etc. I don't know how they compare on price. Probably they are a little more expensive than some other places, but I saw the work they did on a friends bath and kitchen and decided to go with them, so I did t get other quotes to compare. I understand a lot of their business comes from referrals so that speaks to the quality of the work they do.
