I used this company. I gave them a check to order lighting for my home. It has been one year and I have received no lighting. I have a judgement for the $15,192.00.

I hired this business in February,2014to do a complete "makeover" of my homes lighting. I paid them $47,377.27 for them to replace all the fixtures in my home. I was told the install would take up to two weeks and the job would begin on March 17th,2014. The install started a week late with almost no communication from Vanessa. The electricians who did the work received no direction from her as she did not show up. I managed the project in her absence. I was told that the chandeliers,fans, and sconces that I ordered were on the way. It is now July, 2014 and I am missing over $17,000 worth of fixtures. Have not returned calls or returned countless emails. I have not received any timeline for the work remaining.

Mariana was immensely helpful with lighting design for our new home. I learned about "layers" of lighting. She was prompt in all communication and always exhibited a helpful spirit.

Light by Design has specified and installed most of the lighting fixtures in the Palmer Todd Showroom. We have also worked on several collaborative projects together. Their attention to detail and enthusiasm for all things unique and wonderful, makes them a resource beyond measure. I send my clients to Light By Design because I know they are going to receive the professional service and attention to detail that my clients deserve.
