Terranova Dreamscapes

I hired this firm to redo my walkway and the owner is Fernando. I called 3 of his references and they were satisfied with his work so we agreed on the price, sign the contract and paid him 10% down payment. However, he never showed up and thru texts, he keep giving reasons for delaying the project. After a month, I called his references and it turns out Fernando worked as an architect for the firm that they contract with and gave me Fernando's former boss. After talking with the boss, I now understood that Fernando no longer work for the guy and is on his own. He didn't have a crew as he promised so he keep delaying since he couldn't get people to work on the project. Instead of being honest and refund the deposit, he kept lying and kept the money. He is a very charming guy but is a scam. I tried for 4 months to get my money back to no avail so please stay away from this Fernando guy!

We had a large protect done by Terranova Dreamscapes last summer, and we could not be more more pleased with the results. The design was amazing!!! Fernando was very professional and knowledgeable. His cuote was fair and in line with other design/building firms, but he stood up for his confidence and experience. He promptly returned our phone calls and e-mails, and he was present at the job site, making sure everything was done to his high standards. He really puts his heart and soul in his projects! We are very grateful and happy we chose this company for our project, and we are thinking about the next one!

We had an unique dream project done by MKC Dreamscapes and could not be more pleased with the process and the beautiful results. Throughout the process Fernando was super responsive and professional. His design was incredible beautiful!!! Elegant and functional, the final price was fair and in line with other companies but he definitely stood out for the creativity and the confidence he inspired upon first meeting. You can tell he knows his stuff and has a great work ethic. He promptly returns emails and phone calls and most importantly is present at the job site throughout to make sure things get done to the highest standard. Thanks again Fernando.
