This was a phenomenal process. I had a rough idea of what I was looking for, and the LID designers gave me several options and price points to achieve it. The crew that worked on my job were professional and experienced. They performed like they were working on their own home. I particularly appreciated the way they cleaned up every single day. We had a very large fountain on our driveway that had become an eyesore and they were able to break it up and reuse the large stones in the new area.

On a personal and professional level, LID was great! Easy to communicate with, attentive to our questions, super friendly and very professional. On a practical level, we would not use LID again for landscaping services. The majority of the plants/trees planted did not survive. We ended up hiring a competitor who provided better work for half the price.

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry you had this experience with us. We encourage our design clients to use us for maintenance and irrigation follow up services so that we can manage the new plant healthcare. We warranty all of our plantings that are properly irrigated for up to a year.

Outstanding landscape (hardscape and plantings) design. A pleasure to see and be in all seasons. Landscape designer Ann Flannery worked with our house, views, and tastes and created a beautiful mix of materials, structure, and plantings - including a unique water feature she designed. Installation of hardscape, plants and irrigation system went very smoothly, on time and on budget. LID continues to answer questions after the project completed and has nice maintenance programs.

During 2019 LID Landscapes has maintained my drip-irrigation residential landscaping. Drip irrigation requires special skill or expensive repairs become necessary. LID has these skills. They are worth every penny!

LID did an extensive and wonderful job on our entire yard. They completed underground watering system, downward lighting, multiple paved patios, new front porch and steps, drainage, and all the rock work. The plantings of trees, shrubs and ground covers have filled in very nicely. We have received many compliments from passers by that are heading up our street to hike on the nearby trails. LID was very responsive to all our needs, and their workers did a wonderful job. Their laying of the patio pavers was done very conscientiously. We love sitting on our east, south and west patios in good weather.

We hired LID to maintain our yard two years ago and couldn't be happier. Lisa Morgenthal oversees the crew that does the work and all involved have been outstanding. Lisa is wonderfully responsive to any questions or concerns we might have. We also hired one of their landscape architects, Anne Flannery, to come up with an updated plan for our 25 year old yard and it is beautiful! We began with an area along the front of the house this past spring and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.

I love the work LID Landscapes did for me. They were patient and flexible with me during the design phase. When we finalized the plan, they were able to start exactly when they said they would, kept the crew working continuously throughout (except for weather delays), and finished within a day of their projection. The crew was friendly, considerate and respectful of my property. And most of all, the results are stunning.

Our experience with L.I.D. was great. Our landscape designer Anne Flannery was wonderful, she truly listened to what we wanted and with our continuous input created a beautiful backyard that we will enjoy for many years to come. We also loved the crew (Keegan and Cody) and the irrigation crew (Jeff and Matt). I know it may sound strange, but we missed them when the work was finished. Everybody we dealt with was super professional and pleasant, all work was done in a timely manner, our communication was impeccable and we always knew what to expect. We highly recommend L.I.D. Landscapes, and we feel fortunate to have worked with such professionals.

コメント：PathThe path is roughly 30 inches wide. The stone is a buff colored flagstone with sizes that vary between 24 inches to 36 inches.
