I was reluctant at first to trust Marilee's judgment and experience when decorating my new townhome. Once I gave her my ideas and "must have" list, I managed to let go and let her show me what she could do. She turned a "nice" new townhome into what most people call a showplace. The home is very livable and comfortable, but it has the style and sophistication I asked for. I am very pleased with her work and intend to hire her again.

Our designer was Marilee Kainer of Libertas Interior Design Solutions, in Houston, Texas. Ms. Kainer's ideas and work on our aging-in-place master bathroom project in Austin were excellent! She and our contractor, Tier-1 Group of Leander, Texas, together created a gorgeous, safe, light-filled, accessible space that we can use both now, while we are fully mobile, and later, should we need walkers or wheelchairs. She understood our needs and tastes, and as a certified aging-in-place specialist, she foresaw and chose "universal design" materials that meet code, safety, and ADA considerations. She was very helpful, responsive, and tactful in offering alternatives and worked well with our contractor and local vendors. As first-time renovators, we appreciated her ability to visualize and design a great space that far exceeded what we could envision. We heartily recommend her and her work.
