Worked with Lowell Hays a few years ago for several major home projects. I have been very pleased with the quality of the workers he provided & supervised as well as his hands on approach to many of our project needs. Lowell was always accessible. Always ready and willing to discuss any thoughts or concerns. And Lowell was also a valuable resource for recommendations to handle projects outside of his expertise. After much deliberation, my husband and I decided to renovate our home which was built in 1974. Recently I used Lowell Hays construction to update the exterior of our house. He said he would spiff it up, and that’s exactly what he did, and we were so pleased. We got a new roof, fresh paint, porch remodel, new lights,and a new walkway. I had some ideas when I first consulted with him, and he used them and improved upon them. Lowell was pleasant to work with, responded quickly to texts, emails, or phone calls. Now my house looks great and badly needs landscaping; Lowell was kind enough to give me recommendations for landscapers. I have some interior projects I want done, and I will not hesitate to call Lowell Hays to do those.

Lowell remodeled our 19 year old home from top to bottom ($100,000+). His cost estimates were put down in a very fair contract and the quality of the work was outstanding. Lowell helped us with decisions and connected us with experts to answer all of our questions. Whenever we inspected the work with Lowell as the work progressed he would note every little thing that wasn't perfect and have it fixed. Quick to answer our texts and phone calls he kept us in the loop and was honest about what was going on. Our personal belongings were in the house during the remodel and every one of his workers was careful to protect our things and nothing was misplaced or stolen. I personally enjoyed the process and have often thought about buying a rental house and having Lowell remodel it.
