We had LFT tile a 5x5 steam shower and also put in a 10x10 heated slate floor in the main bathroom. All done on time and on budget. We are impressed that they took on finishing a project that we had stalled out on doing ourselves. LFT suggested using larger tiles than we had originally considered and we love the result. It's tricky and technical work to use large format (32x32) tiles and be able to do the cuts and holes required for the extensive plumbing and lighting we had picked. We definitely recommend LFT.

We had LFT come into our home to install wall and floor tiling. The 2 young men that did the work did a great job, were neat, tidy, and efficient, I day to do prep work, 1 day to tile wall and floor , and 1 day to do the grouting. They had difficult cuts to make and not 1 broken tile throughout the whole job. I am extremely impressed.

Two week job turned into 2 months and never fully completed. GC said he hardly shows up and when he does, he and his team did minimal work then would leave. Motion camera confirmed he hardly came to do the work. He then would come back few days later and repeat. Uneven mosaic floor tile install. Subway tiled wall is not 90 degrees, and is not flat. I’m left with a bowed shower wall. He kept saying he’ll come back to fix the mistakes but never returned and phone calls were eventually ignored. Had a hard time finding someone to repair his work as no one wanted to warranty his work without tearing everything down to the stud. GC bit the bullet and did some repairs but still couldn’t fix a lot of the defects.

LFT/Mind removed our existing fireplace hearth, then cut and installed a a fully clad large format tile hearth that looks seamless and exactly like stone. He suggested we extend the hearth slightly to better balance things, and encouraged us to do the front and sides vs. just the top part- so glad we took his advice. The final product is gorgeous, and their attention to detail was amazing. Would absolutely work with them again.

Boulder panel is cracking due to poor install. Curb is flexing and bench is flexing. Have repeatedly tried to contact the contractor and he does not return any calls.

Dealing with the gang at LFT Pro is always a delight. Mind and his team are dedicated fellows that have the quality at heart. Timely completions, realistic time frames are always appreciated. I have to admit that their pricing isn't the lowest but it goes with the quality of work you get. I highly recommend LFT Professionals Inc. Mind is absolutely the best large format tile installer which is why we hired him. There should be a 6th star for his rating. He responded quickly to communications. Showed up exactly on time with everything he needed with him. The installation went as planned and the attention to detail is second to none. There were no budget overruns or hidden costs. Everything was very professional. We are very happy with the result and without second thought will hire Mind again when we have another project.
