This was not a small project, to get an open kitchen, we removed three load-bearing walls under the large second floor. Despite the complexity, Eli and his team tackled it with ease, demonstrating their extensive knowledge and experience. A highlight of the project was the installation of large windows overlooking our backyard. Originally it was not possible. We really wanted that. Eli and the team did a lot of work to recalculate the structure and put a lot of effort on adding reinforcement support. The result has been nothing short of stunning and has brought a new level of ambiance to our kitchen. The entire team showed a high level of respect for our home, diligently cleaning up after each day's work. This professional conduct minimized disruption to our daily life and is greatly appreciated. Level Up did a terrific job for us from start to finish! We did an extensive remodel of our home (including kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, adding/removing walls, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) and Nir and Ellie were on top of everything. As this was our first remodel, we had a number of questions/concerns and they went out of their way to ensure they answered all our questions and made very substantive suggestions as well. We would like to thank Ellie and Nir for bringing to life our vision for updating our newly purchased 1960 home. We were nervous starting the process because neither my wife nor I had ever undertaken a home remodel. We interviewed a number of general contractors who all came highly recommended; our choice of LevelUp was based on seeing their work and a gut feeling after our discussions with Ellie and Nir and excellent rapport during our meetings. No pressured sales pitch and they showed patience with our endless questions. They provided us with actionable advice even before entering the contract. Our renovation was to modernize our entire home, including reconfigured kitchen with open kitchen/dining room layout, relocation of the master bath, install central AC and new furnace, upgrade of 1960's electrical and cast iron drain systems to current code standards, new floors throughout, install new interior doors, install new lighting fixtures and hardware throughout, a reengineered fireplace and finished garage interior with a garage workshop. We made the decision to live in the finished basement during the reno. Some of the contractors that we interviewed discouraged us from doing that, but Ellie supported our decision and even provided and installed a portable utility sink so we could have a make-shift kitchen. Staying in the house was a great decision, and we can attest to how hardworking the crew was during the entire project. The tile work by David is outstanding throughout the house. In the end, Ellie and Nir took the time and effort to resolve every item on our final walkthrough punch list. Also, the front office staff was always helpful and responsive. The end result was better than we could have imagined. We are grateful for their skills and attitude during the entire process.

We recently completed a project with Level Up. We completed a like-for-like remodel of the guest bathroom and the kitchen, as well as a more in-depth remodel of the master bathroom. We also replaced all of the flooring in the house. The team from Level Up's side was Eli as the project manager, Liane as the designer, and Jose as the foreman. We are a family of five with a dog & a cat, and we remained living in the house for almost the entire construction process. The team was very patient and respectful of our space, made sure to install framed plastic barriers & floor runners to separate the work areas, and gave us warnings when things would be loud or when we'd lose running water (which was never for very long). The quality of the work was excellent, and happened at a pace that allowed us to check in frequently and help guide certain aspects of the construction (plumbing & electrical locations, tile layouts, etc). All feedback provided to the team was accepted immediately & acted upon very quickly. Touch ups were promptly addressed without any pushback. Eli communicated timelines & schedules frequently. Level Up provides clients access to a WhatsApp chat group so that everyone can be on the same page with what needs to be decided & what the plans are. Everyone was very responsive through the WhatsApp group. Eli and Liane guided us through the design process and helped us choose vendors & select materials. Their communication was very thorough and they were both very responsive. Liane was able to put together wonderful, very realistic 3D composite images that helped the construction crew understand how to proceed. Eli was able to be flexible with changing delivery timelines on certain delayed materials. While all of the work completed was very professional, we'd specifically like to call out the tile work. The tile work done by the team was absolutely fantastic, working with somewhat difficult raised tile patterns as well. We'd definitely recommend Eli & team for larger construction projects, and are very grateful for the whole team's hard work!

This is the second time working with Eli and the design and construction crew from Level Up, this time on a full kitchen remodel. We were very impressed both with the design elements and attentional to detail that not only resulted in a fabulous new kitchen, but tremendously helped open up the visual flow of kitchen and living room environment. When an unexpectedly long-delayed appliance pushed out the completion date, out of all our control, the whole team at Level Up was very accommodating. We highly recommend Level Up.

I contacted Level Up Home Remodeling with regards the remodeling of my large house including small bath and kitchen. Nir came up with a great layout that very much improved the flow and function of our house. We were asked what upgrades we wanted in the new kitchen as well as what issues we had with the existing layout. They accessed the situation and came up with the best solution for what we were looking for. We love our newly finished home!

We had a major home remodeling project in mind which would remove walls and greatly expand our kitchen creating an open floor plan design. We interviewed 5 companies for the project and chose LevelUp based on their structure as a design/build company (rather than having to engage designer, architect, construction contractor separately). All the necessary resources are available through and managed by LevelUp. LevelUp received the business based primarily on Eli’s, our Project Manager, to provide some creative ideas, his “can-do” attitude and his attentiveness. LevelUp worked extremely efficiently during all phases of the project. The maintained a very clean job site and worked to a tight schedule. Over the course of the 3-month project, there were only a handful of days when their team members were not on the jobsite, most of which were due to building inspectors’ schedules. As with all major projects of this nature, there are always unexpected issues that arise. Eli was particularly adept at resolving issues very quickly to our satisfaction. The work quality of Jose, job foreman, and his team is excellent. Often times, he suggested better solutions that exceeded our expectations. In addition, the communication by Eli was very timely and comprehensive providing us with daily updates of progress including pictures and videos. We are delighted with the results of Eli and the LevelUp Team We would strongly recommend them for all types of remodeling projects.

Level Up Home Remodeling Inc did a total house remodel of my home. Scope was interior and exterior painting, complete kitchen remodel of Nir’s design, and bathrooms. I was very impressed with Nir and his crew, especially Eli who supervised the job. We gutted and upgraded both bathrooms, including doubling the size of our master shower. Eli maintained supervision over the team and depended on his expertise often when we had a decision to make about the project. The results are simply stunning.

Eli and Level Up Home Remodeling did a great job on our whole house remodel. They designed the kitchen layout and we love it! List includes: bathrooms remodeled from drywall -- shower doubled in size, new tile, new tile tub and shower enclosures, remodeled our living room and fireplace and partial remodel of our kitchen. We removed an interior pony wall that divided living and dining rooms, creating a large open space. The team always put the same attention to detail for our projects regardless of the size, and we’re beyond impressed with by the quality of the work!

Level Up remodeled our kitchen and the workmanship was outstanding. Eli was our project manager and he surpassed our expectations. He communicated with us daily, sent updated progress photos and guided us smoothly through the process. He knows the permitting process very well and made sure we stayed on target for completion. They even worked on Saturdays to keep the project moving along. Any issues that arose were taken care of quickly and any last minute changes that we made were handled with a positive attitude. And he was always reachable, no matter what time of day. There was a damaged kitchen cabinet that wasn't discovered until installation and Eli quickly resolved the matter and was our advocate with the vendor. We felt like 'the customer was always right'! We are currently in talks with Level Up, and Eli specifically, on another project. Highly recommend Level Up!

I received multiple quotes for my kitchen and Level Up Home Remodeling were the most reasonable priced for the design I wanted. Nir exceeded my expectations in every way from the quality of work, timely completion of job, work ethic and professionalism. My entire kitchen was done within 6 days, including change orders. Even for any minor concerns we had Nir made sure it is addressed to our satisfaction and was very responsive to our ideas and needs. Excellent job, clean work, great team.

The only contractor we will use for everything related to our house. Level Up Home Remodeling Inc and the Noam are extremely trustworthy and do high quality work. As a first time home owner, running into the inevitable work an old home will need can be overwhelming. We had two bathrooms redone, new tiles, new fixtures; in the master bathroom that meant going down to the studs and rebuilding the whole shower.. Noam was always there when we had any questions, not only to make sure it's taken care of but that the job was done right. The finished renovation is so beautiful and striking!

I do not wish to give any star. My project is delayed by over 3 months and I still don't know when it will finished. 5 in house people come to work only. The GC is very inexperienced young person and what he promised, didn't do that. They are lacking in quality, communication and do not fully understand the project construction. Level Up owner Ellie has delayed my project and keeps changing the date by 2 weeks and blames the owner. Project started on Sept 29th and was to finish in 5 months but it's badly delayed and still no finishing date. Ellie doesn't understand if drainage needed in the yard when doing the hardscape. I am so shocked how the Level Up has gotten 5 stars.

We recently finished our remodeling project with Level Up and words cannot describe how grateful we are that we chose them for this job! One of the main reasons why we selected Level Up is because of our project managers, Eli and Noam, who were just awesome and really made this project headache and hiccup free. From the moment we met them during our initial meeting, we felt a good connection and feeling of trust with them. They made us feel at such ease and truly took their time to answer all our questions, paying close attention to what we were looking for, while also explaining in detail what to expect during the process. More so during the entire project, Eli and Noam continued to show us the same professionalism, ensuring all deliverables were met according to schedule, keeping us informed with daily or weekly updates, and addressing any issues quickly and promptly. Eli and Noam are not just great project managers, but they are genuinely nice and cool guys whom we've gotten to know on a personal level during those months. Level Up’s proposal was a bit higher than the other bids we have received, but the key difference with Level Up was that they will manage the project in its entirety, so that my husband and I would not have to deal with any of the headaches that homeowners often experience when trying to manage it all on their own. Also, their quote included literally EVERYTHING, from design, drawings, material selection, permit, electrician, plumbing, demolition, installation, clean up etc., No details were left out, so there were no surprises or hidden fees, which many contractors often times like to add. Excluding the delays that were not in Level Up's control, the entire project (which included tearing out a structured wall) took roughly three months from design to finish. We were really impressed by how fast and quickly the team worked, yet their speed did not affect their quality of work at all. Eli and Noam's incredible attention to detail ensured that all the work was absolutely flawless. Communication was also rock solid. We were all on a WhatsApp group chat where Eli and Noam sent us almost daily updates with pictures, letting us know how things were progressing or bringing up any issues to our attention (or us bringing any issues, all minor, to their attention), which were quickly resolved. Level Up's service was truly top notch, because aside of meeting their deliverables, quality work, great communication, they also went the extra mile when we needed it. One example is when our kitchen cabinets arrived too early before we had our permit approved. We had no room to have the cabinets delivered in our house, so Eli helped with getting a POD unit to our house, at no extra cost, so we could have the cabinets delivered and stored there. In summary, we had a wonderful experience with Level Up and thanks to them, we are now enjoying our dream kitchen! =)

We worked with Eli to redo the siding and exterior paint of our house, a family room, and our garage. We had an extremely aggressive timeline with a firm deadline but Eli and our foreman Jose delivered right on time despite a major unexpected issue that required us to redo part of our roof. The team was very professional, did a high-quality job, and went out of their way to communicate with us when questions came up or when clarity was needed. They even went above and beyond to suggest changes where they thought things could be improved and ensured every touch-up was completed. Highly recommend them if you have an important project that you want done right and on time.

Our experience at Level Up Home Remodeling was outstanding. Our primary point of contact was Nir. We needed to remove the old tile, update our kitchen and bathrooms and his team did the job fast and clean. Nir was on top of the whole process. We expanded two rooms and added a porch. Eli’s crew was quite good - hardworking, neat, on time and on budget. He estimated 4 months - demo started in July and he was done in October. His crew was on site every day. During planning we spent time with his designer Tal to figure out interior and exterior finishes - totally worth it - take whatever recommendation he gives you - he has great instinct. Lewis, the crew lead for our project, was always on top of everything. When we had questions or got stuck on a decision, he would just work on something else while we figured it out with Eli or our architect or the engineer. There was no time wasted. Also we never had to tell them anything more than once - they kept track, planned ahead for all materials. We’ve recommended Eli and his crew to many folks in our neighborhood.

I have used Level Up Home Remodeling to remodel my guest bathroom, completely reconfigure my master bathroom and to paint and install flooring in three bedrooms. I was a little hesitant when it came to knocking down walls in the master bath, but Level Up was able to come up with a design that looks amazing now it is completed. I am so proud of the way my bathroom and kitchen tiles look - beautiful white grout and shiny tiles. Noam's team was professional at all times, cleaning up after themselves prior to leaving every day. My coworker recommended me this company for their kitchen remodeling. I got in touch with Nir. Initially we told him what was my project about and what I waned to do. We have several fireplaces in the house which we actually never used. So when we asked Nir to remove one of the fireplaces that was connected to the walk in closet in the bedroom, his idea was to move the wall between the closet and fireplace to make a bigger space and expanded guest restroom. I love my master bathroom! Out of my 4 quotes, I decided to go with Level Up Home Remodeling Inc because I really liked Nir’s honesty and communication. Even though I was picky, he was very accommodating. There was a lot to do and Nir gave us a very competitive, thorough bid and was very prompt. It came out lovely. New cabinets, backsplash, and tiling - love it all. The quartz countertop we picked for the bathroom is gorgeous. The installation team who came were quick, knowledgeable and very careful. We worked with Level Up Home Remodeling for our modest galley kitchen and bathroom remodel. We first met Noam who was our project manager, and from the beginning we felt an immediate connection and trust which is very important when undergoing big house projects. Noam is very easy to talk to but also realistic. We knew what kind of design we wanted and color scheme, but we still needed much guidance, and for that we worked with Tal for which we are thankful. Tal met us at the various vendors and helped us choose materials. Tal was also easy to work with and had a good eye for tile and other design elements which we were not good at. Once we got the permits the work started. The entire process from start to finish was pretty efficient. If we didn't like how something was done and wanted something to be re-done, touched up, etc the workers were always accommodating which makes us the customer very happy. Noam kept us updated on what was going on so we were kept in the loop. The workers wore masks and did Covid-precautions. Our house only had one bathroom, and during the bathroom renovation they got us porta potty's to use (separate from the workers') and they also set up a heated outdoor shower tent which worked great!! They actually finished about 2 weeks ahead of schedule which was great. The overall finished product was up to our standards. We are loving our new kitchen and bathroom. If we have any future projects we would definitely use them again!

It took working from home for the past year to finally made me decide to dive in on renovating the kitchen. If I was going to be spending so much time home, I needed to make the space function better. After doing some research and interviewing companies, I went with Level Up mainly because of Noam, who became the project manager. Noam was well organized, responded quickly, and answers all my questions thoroughly. Any fear I had of doing my first renovation was quickly gone. This great work ethic carried over to when we started the project. He was quick and upfront when anything come up. He was able to make accommodation so there were minimal disruptions as I was still working from home. The crew was efficient, respectful of the home, and follow all safety protocols. It was greatly appreciated! When we discovered we had to rewire the house (it’s a 70yo house after all) he gave a fair estimate. When the scope expanded to redo the bathroom as well, again Noam was able to pivot quickly and add it to the workplan. Everything was completed early then the estimate timeline! The only reason that was possible was because of how on top of everything he was. I definitely will go back to Level Up and specifically request Noam for future projects!

Level Up Home Remodeing put our expanded kitchen together, and every single day I could not be more impressed with the progress and quality of work. My kitchen is beautiful and modern compared to my previous brocolli colored/ designed wall dark and super outdated non functional old kitchen. When we had a huge leak in one of our walls earlier in the year, we were devastated and overwhelmed when half of our kitchen got ripped out because of it. Nir and the design team were incredible at helping us make everything even better than it was before. They re-built cabinets, re-built a wall, painted, redid our counters and the floors and baseboards in our entire downstairs. Their work was impeccable and they were in and out fast- 2 weeks. We got a master suite addition into our backyard from Level Up Home Remodeling and Eli was our project manager. Fernando was the foreman. There's probably no significant construction work without its share of ups and downs but overall we are quite happy with the end results. We got a brand new master bedroom, modern new bathroom and a decent sized new walk in closet. To list out some of the salient things about Level up and Eli, - Speed: initially they gave a very modest time estimate but finished it very fast! Eli, our project manager, ensured that the project finished quite early, making sure no materials were blocking project progress. Fernando's team was also very fast at building. - Project manager support: Eli personally ran some errands for us in times of crunch, and would accompany us to finish material stores as well sometimes. As a first timer, it was useful at times to have this. - Professional: Things like billing, city permits, insurance, etc were all handled very professionally. I didn't know what I was signing up for when I signed these guys up from Yelp but now I know that Level up is a professional company. - Covid-19 Safety: Initially I was worried about covid risk considering we were staying in the same home where construction work was happening but the construction team seemed to know how to take precautions and we were more relaxed later on. - Cost: We got a very reasonable price for the design+build option that we went with. And the cost guarantee from Level up made it easy for a first timer like me! Later on, during the construction, we considered adding a few other things to the scope of work but the cost estimate from level up for new scope seemed very high. So my advice would be to fully decide scope of work at the start and negotiate while you have the leverage. One place of improvement: - Communication: Being from the tech industry, I expected a bit more thorough communication with more details. At times it felt lacking in details but most of my questions were eventually answered after I asked them. My project just completed 3 weeks back. I'm looking forward to updating this review a few months later once we've fully lived in our master suite and also experienced the post-construction service that Eli has promised me. Hopefully the update will retain 5 star due to exceptional service!

I absolutely love how my new room addition looks. Ellie, my project manager, really guided me throughout the whole process to make sure that everything was how I liked it. I wanted to add a room because there was extra space in the backyard, so we wanted to extend our house into that space. He really included me in every step of the way and it turned out amazing. They were super detailed each step of the way from beginning to completion, and I love how the room feels. I do not regret doing this at all, I enjoy my new room so much.

When my 20 years shower started to leak, I knew it was time to do the dreaded bathroom renovation project I kept postponing. I worked with Nir, who spent a lot of time to help me figuring out what would make sense for my project. He created several different layout of my bathroom, making sure she can give me few more inches on my vanity so I can have a chair and squeezed the bath, which was too wide anyway; I did not think I could get with the space I had available! Nir and his team from Level Up Home Remodeling did a large addition and remodel to my home, and I couldn't be happier! Nir started by creating a few different design plans which took some things into consideration (like light!) which I had. Our 7,200 s/f home was only a year old but we were blessed with crooked walls and framing, leaky pipes, mold, crooked tile, cheap and crooked cabinets etc. Basically had to gut our entire home to fix. Nir gave us a 6-8 weeks window and he delivered. I still can't believe it's the same house. Nir came by and listened to what we wanted.. He offered some suggestions and within an the same week produced estimate and ideas of the project. The house is another level- the bath has a new tub, subway tile around, wood look porcelain tile, new vanity, countertops, cabinets, everything they are able to do it. We quickly realized the shower was going to be too narrow so it became a much bigger and more complicated job. The guys are also polite, considerate and do a beautiful job cleaning up when done. Deciding to remodel our floor was a stressful task, but Nir and his team were real life savers! The price was competitive to other contractors but it was well worth the cost (~50k in the 95110 area).

The style of my home was becoming a little bit outdated and I wanted to re-do all the bathrooms and even add an additional room. I needed to find the right person for the job since there were so many rooms that I wanted perfected. Ellie was great as the project manager and made sure that everything I wanted came to life. Ellie has great communication and work ethic. This job was done in a timely manner as they always showed up and worked efficiently and still paid attention to detail to make sure everything was perfected. I am so happy with how everything turned out.

After a bad experience with another contractor, I found Level Up home remodeling through Houzz. We hired them to remodel a kitchen and three bathrooms in the house. Because the house is an old building there was a lot of pre-existing issues with electrical and plumbing. I’m so glad we found the right company for this job. I want to thank my project manager Ellie for remodeling my deck. It couldn’t have came out more perfect than it is now. My deck was in super bad shape it was broken and the wood was old and rotting. We bought a house late in 2019, and started immediately looking for companies for remodeling. It was a nice sized 4bed, 2 bath, that had an extremely large extra room that we wanted to turn into a master to give us a 5 bed, 3 bath house for our family of six. I talked with a dozen and half different contractors before narrowing down to three candidates. All final candidates were highly rated and provided quotes within a few percentage of each other. The thing that set LevelUp apart was how Nir treated my family when the kids I had with me inevitably interrupted. He treated my kids with kindness and respect that was nice. That really helped when deciding between three great choices. The project itself ended up being larger than expected due to unknowns, but LevelUp was extremely flexible with handling the contract changes. Little did we know that the pandemic would throw a wrench into the entire plans, but despite that, we were able to move into the house with everything major(all plumbing, electrical, two baths, kitchen, flooring, painting replaced) but the master bathroom done in under 4 months. Due to their hard work at the beginning, we were able to move into a mostly complete house in May, which given the pandemic, was a life saver, as we currently had 6 people in a 3 bedroom house. Due to bad past experience with contractors and the whole pandemic, we were extremely nervous and skeptical. However, Lvl Up has gone above and beyond what we thought a good remodeling project could be. Our remodeling project was for the entire first floor. We wanted to relocate our kitchen to the dining area, remove a load-bearing wall to create open concept, use living room as new dining, use old kitchen as new living room, change the old humongous brick fireplace into something nicer, put in new flooring, and scale up the powder room, and put in 5 new construction windows. All took just 2 mos to complete. Nir was the PM. We also had a designer, structural engr, a foreman &his daily crew of plumber/electrician/flooring/etc., & a supervisor to oversee the daily operation. It was a big team designated for our proj and that's how everything went so smoothly. When Nir said at the beginning that his goal was to make me happy, it was not a marketing fluff. He really meant it. They are definitely not just doing it for the $. You can tell that they LOVE what they can do for the customers. My husband is super picky and not so easy to please, yet he is very happy with our experience this time. We contracted with Level Up for a complete teardown and remodel of our two bathrooms. Our original bathroom layout required a challenging design change due to their small area, adjoining walls, and constraints within the house. Eyal and the crew did an amazing job walking us through the process and were extremely responsive & attentive to details. Eyal was very collaborative to help us come up with a design that visually improved on the tights spaces and feeling of openness of both rooms. We hired Level Up Home remodeling at the second time after they helped us to remodel a house in Sunnyvale and sale it, Nir our project manager helped us before with management of the project and even to get a realtor to sale and buy the new home. I was looking for a reliable contractor to build an addition to my home. They are many contractors in San Jose area and it was hard task to decide among them. They gave us a reasonable quote for the required work compared to other remodeling contractors and Issac did they deliver quality. We had an excellent experience with Guy and Level Up Home Remodeling on our bathroom remodel. We didn't have too much experience with remodels before this project (we had done some homework about the permit process and had some general design ideas) and Guy was very knowledgeable, available, and insistent on high quality work. The individuals he contracted to do the demolition, tile work, painting, and other portions were all trustworthy, hard-working, polite, punctual, reliable, efficient, and friendly. My toddler really bonded with the workmen and looked forward to seeing Guy and his crew each day. Even the various city inspectors who came through commented on how well preserved our staircase and hallways were (tape and cardboard protected our bannister, flooring, baseboards, etc. while workmen came in and out) and we had passed each checkpoint with no problems. We interviewed 3 different contractors before choosing Guy. His estimate was the most detailed and came in the middle (but higher than average). But at the end of the job, the final bill was nearly precisely the estimate, so there were no surprises. We have no reservations in recommending him for anyone out there.

Issac and his team worked diligently to complete this project in under 10 weeks so I could put on the market to sell! This was no small task to completely remodel (5) bed / (3) bath, kitchen , flooring along with interior & exterior painting plus improvements to Garage. I had to take a moment write a few words about the amazing job they did on my house. Me and my husband decided to pretty much fully renovate our house as we've lived in it for a few years now but didn't have a financial possibility to upgrade until we saved a bit. I was nothing but impressed wth Issac, Daniel and Carlos. Issac was very nice explained the project and the costs associated with it from the beginning and was a great help with the design. Daniel and Carlos did exceptional work and were friendly and respectful. Unfortunately more electrical work was required by the inspector so this added some to the cost of the remodel, but overall the project was very smooth and efficient. When we had a small problem after the project was completed Carlos and Daniel came right away to make some minor fixes. I plan to work with them again on future projects.

This is a review for our wonderful contractor Issac from Level up Home Remodeling . We did a huge whole house remodel with them. We had just bought a new house and we redid floors, lighting, Cooling and Heating, railings, painting, fire alarms, and a full gutting and redesign of the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. As you can imagine, that is A LOT of work. First off, Level up home remodeling was the only company who even said they could do all of that. We had other companies come in and talk about how we needed a new fence and I was like um we need a bathroom that works first... This made life a lot easier because they handled all the subcontractors and took responsibility for any of their mistakes. I can't even imagine working with seperate plumbers, electricians, AC guys. The project all happened so fast that actually we would need a plumber one day for a day. Then it turned out we had to replace all the waste piping in the house. So then they would find a new plumber within a day or two, who was available for a bigger project. That meant zero slowdowns. At one point, we decided to add two AC units. So on about 4 or 5 days notice, to make sure construction was on time, we needed a whole AC crew. Secondly, I was constantly, and I mean constantly, in touch with everyone. At one point, my husband made everyone have all hands on deck meetings where everyone was asked to show up and he passed out handouts. No one complained. We also texted all day, every day and I saw Issac everyday. Issac were literally always there within 24 hrs of an emergency. I even called Issac at 11pm for a face time about how we couldn't figure out the new heater and he stayed on FaceTime with us for an hr. Issac came with me to all the design places- tiling store, granite store, cabinet layouts. These would take hours. Issac would come with me all the time to any store I asked . Third, 95% of the project was finished in 3 months. Other people told me it took them 6+ months to remodel a bathroom and this was an entire house. We had walls and doors go down in the Kitchen, new venting, new everything. The stores couldn't keep up with the remodel so the last 5% stalled because stores couldn't get the supplies out fast enough. Fourth, everything went very smoothly. I mean there were a ton of issues- cause of you know, a whole house remodel- but everything was always resolved quickly and nicely. And they were a pleasure to work with. I love the guys and they should come visit us. :)+ I'm highly recommend Level up home remodel and special Issac . Thank you for everything !!!

My husband and I decided on Level up home remodeling following our due diligence process (having interviewed multiple contractor candidates) given the prior reviews, competitive proposal, and positive impressions following our discussions with Issac. Issac estimated 3 months to complete the project beginning in August 2016, and although there were the unknown but expected bumps in the road along the way during the project, was able to complete the job on a timely basis. Both quality of workmanship and timely completion of the job was important to us, and Issac and his team delivered on both counts. Those working on our project were hard working competent individuals, punctual, courteous and easy to engage in conversation. Issac was at our site on a daily basis both overseeing the project and hands on with regards to any task. He and his team provided professional, thoughtful and viable options and resolutions to each situation/issue as they arose. We have used other contractors in the past, but Level up home remodeling outperformed all the predecessors. We are pleased with the results and would not hesitate in bringing back Issac team for other construction projects going forward.
