I have hired Alex several times over the last 5 years for small and large home projects in Northern Virginia. He Always does great work and fair prices.

We have use Lemus on two occasions for painting wall and ceiling in our living room, dining rooms, stairwell and utility room. Required work including significant dry wall repair beyond normal sparkling. The work was performed very well, on time and with a minimum of disruption to our lives. We especially appreciated the care taken to assure every aspect of the jobs was not only was performed as ordered but that the jobs would meet our highest expectations. We intent to use them on for any other similar jobs.

I first worked with Lemus Contracting in 2009 when they painted my apartment, the again a few years later to repaint my apartment back to the original color, as per my lease. My most recent time working with them was March 2015 when I had my new 2900 sf town home painted, every part (walls, ceilings, baseboards/trim, ceilings, and inside of every closet. Lexums Contracting has provided exceptional quality each time. As they are my go-to contractors for painting, I will be using them again when I repaint a couple of rooms that I've had a change of heart on the color.

Alex and his team did the drywall in my basement finishing project, including primer. They charged a fair and competitive price, did quality work, and were always on time. The work was done on the schedule Alex provided at the outset. He followed-up after completion and came out to fix a section that cracked after drying, within two days. Alex and his Dad are also friendly and easy to work with. If you hire them I think you'll be glad you did.

Lemus Contracting expertly handled a very complex home renovation project following water damage. The project involved painting, drywall repair, cabinetry, replacing doors, installing a copper farmhouse sink and faucet, replacing a tile backsplash, replacing wood flooring, recarpeting the basement, and a number of other elements. Alex and his team went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied every step of the way and I cannot be more thrilled with the results. I was especially impressed with how they could take my ambitious design ideas and make the a reality within my budget. For example, the copper farmhouse sink I had selected didn't quite work with the existing cabinet doors, so Alex very cleverly crafted a solution out of the cabinets so that I wouldn't have to spend a small fortune on new ones. His solution was genius! He also very professionally handled the issues that come up in projects like this such as when the faucet arrived damaged and had to replaced by the manufacturer. I really appreciated the knowledge and expertise these guys bring to the table and also their flexibility in working with me and my crazy Pinterest-driven ideas. The quality of Lemus Contractings' work is top notch and everyone on the team was a pleasure to have working in my home. I look forward to having them back to make other improvements soon.
