Legacy Custom Pavers

Legacy Custom Pavers did a wonderful job! We re-did our backyard and pool resurface and bid it out to multiple companies. We chose Legacy because they communicated well with us, were timely, and they honor their products and weren't sky high pricing like some other competitors. We chose to save some money on our project by not running everything through a pool remodel company. By doing that we were the ones that had to worry about the scheduling/rescheduling, when the trades were coming out etc. This was very stressful but worth it because Bobby with Legacy did a great job working with us. What we really enjoyed about Legacy Custom Pavers was that they were very flexible with us and communicated well so that in turn made the process easier for us. They did a quality install in a few HOURS. We didn't have to worry about them coming back out later, abandoning the job, or rushing through their quality. In addition, during and after installation, Bobby was onsite to oversee the quality of work of his crew. We were impressed with their product, communication, flexibility, and installation. We would highly recommend Legacy Custom Pavers and will use them again should we do any future landscaping.

After receiving multiple offers to pave the patio, driveway and to build a sitting wall we decided to proceed with Legacy Custom Pavers for several reasons; LCP were able to quote a reasonable price, the project start date was what we had hoped for, Shiloh from LCP was able to source pavers to match existing pavers (previously installed), and most importantly - Shiloh helped with the design decisions to fit our needs (others just didn't listen to us and pushed their own design ranging from 'use pavers that we have on stock' to 'use artificial grass'). As initially promised, Legacy Custom Pavers shoved up on time, completed the whole project in less than two days, left the site clean and they even washed the back alley to avoid any inconvenience for our neighbours. Legacy Custom Pavers and especially Shiloh was open to some last-minute changes and did everything to accommodate our wishes. The end result is a beautifully paved back yard, driveway and the side of the house in pavers matching the existing patio pavers tieing the whole area into beautiful continuous space that we can use for entertaining.

BEST experience we’ve ever had with a contractor! First, the owner, Brandon, gave us an honest and reasonable bid for our large backyard patio/courtyard project that was less than half that of an equitable competitor, but included even more work! Even as the project progressed, and unforeseen details came up, the price remained the same, and each issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Outstanding value! Quick and Reliable! We had 1600 sqft of paving done, with retention steps, a sitting wall, cobbled paths, and a significant lighting package. Brandon and his team showed up on time, on the scheduled day, and worked non-stop for 5 days. There was always a supervisor on site, and Brandon or his supervisor communicated with me every day. Everyone on the team was a pro, and worked at a very quick pace. The work was started and completed exactly on schedule. Quality. They know their stuff, and from start to finish, our project was done right. From installing electrical, moving irrigation lines, burying and re-routing drainage lines, to ensuring level and grade, their work was done properly, without cutting corners. This work will last. Finally, the results were gorgeous! It turned out looking even better than we imagined. They expertly matched our stone, and even made suggestions along the way that improved the original design. We couldnt be happier with their work, and will be using them to do my mother-in-law’s house as well. I will recommend them to everyone

I met with Brandon Chaney from Legacy Custom Pavers in early January for an estimate to remove and replace my damaged semi-circle drive and walkway. I was exploring pavers vs. concrete or aggregate. He listened carefully to my ideas and concerns, giving me ample time to complete other interviews and to view nearby projects by LCP. After consideration of all options, I decided his was the most clear and exacting design even though the estimate was at the top of my budget. There were no hidden or "administration" fees. Production was scheduled for early to mid-February, weather permitting. Demolition began early February 17th with the entire project completed by 6 P.M. that day. I was EXTREMELY happy with the final product and with the efficiency and professionalism of Brandon and his team. Both the drive and path were paved with Belgard's Dublin Cobble pavers, color Danville Beige. Warranty included. A photo will be uploaded when my new landscaping is complete.

Legacy Custom Pavers did an INCREDIBLE job putting in our front semi-circle driveway. They were prompt, meticulous, and amazing craftsmen! Clean-up was thorough as well. It took a crew of 8 men working for 4 days (would have been done in 2 had it not been for monsoon rains off and on for 2 days). All we can say is WOW! Tim and crews worked with us to our complete satisfaction, and we'd highly recommend this company to others. We have attached a few photos to show their quality of work.!

Great product and great people. rarely does a contractor leave you speechless because they are so good at what they do - but Legacy Custom Pavers did. Brandon and his team installed a paver driveway that has so enhanced the appearance of our home - we are the envy of the neighborhood. They did EVERYHING exactly as promised on time and on budget.

Working with Brandon and his team was great. They responded quickly to emails msking communication a breeze. Brandon came out to the house twice to review the project and answer any questions I had. The install crew was great. The install went smooth and they cleaned the job site and also laid plywood down on the lawn as to not damage the yard. They cleaned the job site leaving no debris behind. The work going in is great and prices fair. However service and warranty work after completion are not good. Had new patio done a few months ago and about eight weeks ago called and emailed to have problem taken care of, no response. Emailed landscaper who recommended Legacy and at least got a response, but he failed to show. They do great work but a complete failure on warranty work and maintenance and I’m sure most will need maintenance work and some warranty work. I was assured he had a team that did nothing but warranty work. Synthetic turf work is okay, wasn’t thrilled how edges were cut but accepted the work. Bottom line is I have to find a group to tear out what was done and start over. A complete waste of money and time.

Awesome! Highly recommend! When Jessie came out to do the estimate, he showed up exactly when he said he would, brought great ideas, listened to what I wanted and help me come up with solutions within my budget. On the day of installation, the guys again arrived when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves and WOW - what a great job! I absolutely love my new paver patio and decomposed granite fire pit area. Brandon and Jessie did a fantastic job from start to finish!

Brandon and his team at Legacy Custom Pavers are the BEST! We hired Brandon several years ago to build our paver patio and have been very pleased with the results! From the paver design to the drainage system, everything has held up very well. Recently our patio needed a little maintenance and Brandon was very prompt with coordinating the work. Pavers did a wonderful job paving our patio. The patio looks beautiful and was completed in record time.
