I've used Larry many times One time I was 2000. miles away and he took care of a rental property for me in Long Beach And did work on my place in Newport beach He is dependable and does a great job

After the first contractor bailed I wasn't sure where to turn. I was given Larry Conzelman's name as a referral from my painter. I had a lot of work to be done and Larry did an amazing job. I have called him back for other small jobs. He seems to be able to do anything you need. I would highly recommend Larry for your projects. Although Larry calls himself a handyman he is actually a licensed contractor. I checked his license and he is in good standing. So anyone who uses Larry's services can rest assured that he knows what he is doing.

Due to disabling illness, we needed to convert down bath to handicapped accessible ASAP. Larry rearranged his schedule and got the job completed within 48 hours during Xmas/NewYears week. Removed glass shower doors and packaged them for future use; installed 3 grab bars; installed handheld shower head with shutoff valve. $605 + Material. To convert office into a bedroom, Larry rearranged all furniture; removed large bookcase, packed books and took them to Library for donation. $195.00. LC Handyman is one of the very few Handyman Services that has an office staff to answer the phone and schedule jobs while Larry is on jobs. Too many handymen use their personal cellphone, which is useless when they are in a "dead zone" or too busy to answer it. Totally professional operation.
