The knife block that I ordered was not in stock, and staff was diligent about keeping me informed about expected availability. Excellent customer service. Love their products!

I bought an Italian design magazine rack for my master bath. The product is exactly as described. There was a two week wait because of the timing of shipments from Italy, but I was notified immediately that this would be the case. Any questions I had were answered right away by knowledgeable staff persons.

Ordered few items and got a prompt response of unavailability of some items. They gave me option to change the color or cancel the order. I decided to wait and as they promised every thing was delivered in 4 weeks. Like their response time ,honesty.
