I used Integrated Solutions of Chicago this year for my condo AV upgrades. With the vast amount of electronics available choosing the right ones can be a daunting task. Lawrence helped me navigate the selection process thoroughly answering all of my questions. I chose the 75” Sony Z9 and Bose Lifestyle 650. The installation process was professional and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I have recommend this company to friends and family.

We first worked with Integrated Solutions of Chicago at the time we opened our new 9 million dollar facility at the Gary/Chicago International Airport and have worked with them ever since. Lawrence Humphrey provided exceptional service setting up our telephone system, wired and wireless networking, our AV system, and a variety of projects that cater to our clientele. In the aviation industry, the quality of the services we provide are paramount to our operation-- we need our systems to be high quality, easy to use, and when there are any issues or questions, we need a responsive company prepared to assist us at any moment. Integrated Solutions of Chicago provides just that. Their RTI app control is intuitive, the audio in our theater room is outstanding and we regularly receive compliments for our set up, which is not always the norm in an industry that sets such high expectations.
