Founded in 1993 and headed by principal Xavier Garcia, the firm has a prolific body of work in the Sarasota area. The firm's residential design forte includes single-family, waterfront, speculative, multi-family, condominium, subdivision, and high-rise and mid-rise consulting residential design projects. The Casitas team is dedicated to design excellence and strives to produce projects that enrich the lives of the client through beautiful yet functional design. In addition to design services, Las Casitas offers design-build services and, with its sister company Marazul Building Company (www.marazulbuilding.com), full design-build construction services.

Las Casitas Architecture envisioned an extraordinarily beautiful remodeled home for us. There were many pleasant solutions to architectural challenges which were very efficiently and brilliantly managed. Mr. Garcia stayed well organized and on top of all things at all times managing things as needed with the local building authorities. He is an expert in all building issues which are always more complicated in a hurricane at risk area. The firm is very responsive and easy to work with and their work is of the highest quality.

Las Casitas demonstrated a true commitment to us as a client throughout the whole design / build process. Their professionalism, communication and daily direct hands-on oversight gave us a great confidence throughout the project. They were very attentive and relentlessly pursued solutions to any problems that arose. Las Casitas will get it done! And it will be BEAUTIFUL!
