I would not recommend this company. They did a terrible remodel on my basement. There was many problems and the owner just would tell me that's the way it is. Short story I had to hire a reputable company to fix there mistakes. The owner made me very uncomfortable and the work was terrible. Never would recommend this company.

EXCELLENT craftsmanship and exceptional quality with Lank's contractors combined they have over 100 years experience! Our project was tearing down walls and remodeling kitchen, dining room, entry way, and bathroom; mainly our first floor including cabinets, granite countertops, plumbing, and electrical fixtures. Lank Construction also consulted us when they found issues not up to code which they corrected [making us feel safer]! All contractors were professional, on time and trusting in our home, and cleaned up every time at the end of their workday. Look no further, we plan to ALWAYS use them. We were 100% pleased!

The team was very professional and easy to work with. They communicated with us on what was happening each step of the way and answered any questions I had. They completed the job on time and on budget, and kept the house clean at the end of each day would use them again for any work we do to our home.

All the reviews for Lank construction are wonderful and so is this one. But I wanted to add a little different perspective. I have not had work done by them YET. They came and looked at a house we were thinking of purchasing and rehabbing. Gave the most honest assessment (no blue sky) about what would be involved and the costs. Due to the listing cost of the property it wouldn't have been worth the cost of reno to do it. Most contractors will low ball you to get a job. I appreciated the honesty and would use them in a heartbeat. Professional, on time for appt, and honest. A++

Lank Construction is fantastic! They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. I had them remodel our Master bedroom, bath and closet. It involved moving walls, windows, and custom building my closet. I have the nicest Master Bedroom suite in town. I would give Lank Construction my highest recommendation!

Lank construction is definitely a pro. They finished my basement, added a living room, bedroom, bathroom and closet. I had many ideas, they listened and delivered exactly what I wanted. They were a fair price and quoted very close to what I owed, so there wasn't and hassle. I would hier them again.

Lank Construction did a kitchen/family room remodel and the work was superb. I have never undertaken a project like this so I was a little clueless. Rob Lank designed new island in kitchen that has become the gathering place for guests. He and his team were also VERY helpful with suggestions and working with me to find budget friendly solutions to snags that arise from working on a house built in 1950. The team was very professional. Did great work and cleaned up at the end of each day so I was not living in dust and debris. Great company to work with!!!!!

Lank Construction means integrity and perfection. They were contracted in 2015 to refurbish a 1896 Victorian home to it's original state. They were able to reconstruct missing crown moulding to match the original in place and they painstakingly found several thin Oak hardwood planks so the hardwood floors in the parlor and grand dining room could be saved. They also found missing iron floor registers!! I then contracted them to remodel the kitchen and bathroom which they did to perfection. I was a general manager of a mall and managed millions of square feet in my career so I understand quality construction and detail. These folks are exceptional and would recommend them highly to anyone.
